This is the worst company ever do not book with them under no means!!! The operators are rude. They will Schedule your appointment and then call and cancel and when you’re trying to rebook, they’re rude inconsiderate and they will hang up the phone on you do not book with this company

Originally, we called Khanh to fix our dishwasher, but after realizing he also repairs other appliances, we asked him to take a look at our heater and dryer.

Khanh explained what we could do to save money instead of just replacing the appliance. He is very patient, he took his time to find the cause of a problem and explained it to us in terms that we could understand.

We used Mr. Khanh's services in December 2020 to repair the gas valve in our cooktop.
The quality of services was excellent. Mr. Khanh was very responsive, professional and on time.

Khanh came on time and diagnosed the problem very fast. The issue was related to dishwasher motor. He recommended to compare if fixing make sense or it's worth buying a new dishwasher. Based on the current and new dishwasher price analysis and motor availability/price he recommended to get a new dishwasher. It looked like a reasonable decision in this case. I called Khanh at 10:00 AM on a weekend to fix the washing machine and he was here by 2:00 the same day. He asked about the make and model over the phone to ensure he had the parts when he arrived. He tried a few options before having to take the machine apart and replace a part. That was 2 months ago and we haven’t had a problem with the machine since. He was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about the machine and how to fix it! I would definitely call him for other appliance repairs and recommend him to friends.

What great service and great guy! Not only was he on time, he was early! He looked at our dryer to make sure it was working properly because it was taking at least 3 full cycles to dry. He figured out that the external dryer vent needed to be cleaned and gave us a great discount on his service because he felt bad we had to get a dryer vent vendor to do the exterior cleaning. Highly recommend Khanh!

Update: This is now the 3rd time I have used his services and continue to be completely impressed with his service and knowledge. He is very professional and also now does HCAC! He is a gem!

These reviews and business profile belong to then rightfully owned and operated KHANH appliance repair located in South Riding Virginia. He is a professional and troubleshoots extensively to find the root problem. He does not charge until finding the problem but also pro rates that service fee with the labor if he does find the problem which makes it a very reasonable service. Also, someone hacked his account which suspended his profile as deceptive content,l. However, he is a victim of a hack due to the address affiliated with this business, the map located in California and the phone number. I ask that you look at all the reviews and photos and you will know that somebody is using his profile as their own to promote a false business as someone who is not Khanh himself. To the review that Scored a one star and said closed on Sunday that is not true as he came today at my house to complete the job on a Sunday so therefore another piece of evidence to show Their reviews have been taken from a South Riding, Virginia business, and uploaded to a business in California.

Khan appliance repair was amazing. I have a house warranty, after the warranty company send 3 different technicians with 3 weeks waiting period of each visit. After almost 2 months, warranty company told me they couldn't fix it. I was ready to replace the fridge, but I was thinking maybe find another technician give another try, if no one can fix it, then I will replace. Khan came in the same day, and diagnose the issues right away, and he fixed fridge with reasonable price. Everything went well, and the reparation was amazing.
