I would like to share our experience with Top 1 Drywall. Recently we had our 3 car garage texturized, painted and whatever else goes with that process. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the results and we consider ourselves quite picky. The work was clean, professional and done on time. The attention to detail really showed. Top 1 Drywall did an excellent job finishing my garage drywall and texture. Oscar and his crew were very professional, courteous, and did a superb job making my garage look incredible. I highly recommend them for any drywall work you need, big or small.

Our kids home had a concrete water leak at the end of August 2024. Our kids had just bought the home in February 2024. The Insurance Company sent out a contractor, that just gave us the run around for months. At the end of November we finally said enough! We went on our own, in search of a Licensed contractor, since the insurance company wanted a Licensed General Contractor. After reaching out to many Contractors, (several contractors - no return phone calls, several came out but no estimates were received & two were so over priced with added repairs not needed). Oscar helped us out. He got the walls repaired & textured & worked with another crew & got all the repairs done within 2 weeks!! The house looked like nothing ever happened. We were so Amazed & so Happy! Hope this helps someone out, so they do not go through same thing we went through.
