Outstanding customer service!
Sean took my call this morning and by 5pm, three of my four electrical projects are complete. The last one will be done tomorrow. It's rare to find that kind of commitment to excellence these days and it is truly appreciated. Baker Electrical Inc is top notch and Sean is a real pro! I highly recommend them and will only call Baker for my future electrial needs.

We had an incredible experience with Baker Electric! We needed an outlet installed for an electric car charger, and he was able to come out the very next day. From start to finish, he was completely professional and incredibly thorough. It was clear he takes immense pride in his work; the installation was flawless, and he made sure everything was perfect before he left. We're so impressed with his dedication and skill. I am so glad that I chose Baker Electric Inc. They did a great job fixing my electrical issues and installing new fixtures for me. They were quick and on time. Added bonus was he gave me a great price. I will definitely use them again. I’m glad I have someone I can call and count on.

I contacted Baker to install a new power panel on my house and they were contracted to work do work which would take several weeks because of permits. However last night, my power went out, leaving most of my house without power. I contacted Baker through text, late at night after hours on a Friday, and they were able to come out early the next morning on a Saturday for an emergency fix. The job was done in less than an hour, and I now have power while we wait for the permits to go through. I am very happy with the quality and speed of the work, as well as the customer service.

Phenomenal job done by Sean! I had a last minute EV charger Installation and he performed same day high quality work. He even took the time to clean up the install site. Overall, unbeatable service and honest price!

Sean responded promptly after first initial contact. He understood job requirements (upgrade to two 220 lines; upgrade electrical panel) and instructed a skilled work crew he supervised onsite. We were given a date for installation which was adhered to and work was completed in the time alotted according to the bid with noncost overruns despite inclement weather. Sean communicates well and gives updates. Highly recommend and will use his services again as our family electrician.

I recently hired Baker Electric to wire a 100amp sub-panel on a 180-foot run, including a specialized plug to power a 40-foot sea-train freezer. Awesome employees. The person who helped me was Darryl, he’s very knowledge-able and knows what to check for, and gets the job done quick (asap). I live in a 1960’s mobile home/trailer, and the power outage issue I was having got solved. Took a little while to figure out what the stinkin problem was, but we got it resolved. Thank you guys very much for fixing my house :) :)

A guy came out for a service call and couldn't figure out the problem. Very unprofessional was cussing up a storm cause he couldn’t figure it out. We asked for a bid to rewire and upgrade panel. They agreed, and then we never heard from them again. 14 months later they send me a bill for over $500! I never verbally agreed to anything. And there’s no paperwork. I never signed off on any work. I eventually hired another company and from begging to payment the job was done in 1 hour.

Travis was absolutely dreadful with working for my mom just this last month he had his wife show up with him and they were absolutely rude and unprofessional especially his wife that kept arguing with him and did not crack one smile both seemed very miserable we were gonna have a big job for them to work on our store we’re opening in few weeks but we’ve decided to go with someone else now for obvious reasons will be letting others know not to use them. 0 stars-
