We were having a lot of issues with our AC unit I called a few places some quotes where so expensive I called Ramirez AC He fixed it right away!! He is fair in his pricing never over changes my husband and I are so glad to find him!! Very Trustworthy!!

This guy Ramirez went above and beyond to get my heater working!! Not only that he made sure my carbon monoxide detectors were working without me having to ask. Great quality service. Got everything done fast and answered any of my questions. Definitely go to him for ANY HVAC services.

This company continues to send me invoices when they did not perform any services at my home. An appointment was scheduled and then canceled. They showed up two hours in advance of the canceled appointment time demanding payment for MORE than their originally quoted diagnostic fee. Their employee banged on my door repeatedly demanding “cash or card,” as though they could bully us into paying them anyway. They send text invoices for work they never did and are now threatening a mechanic’s lien when they never did any work on this property. It is not our fault that they can’t communicate schedule changes to their staff. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. If you cancel on them they show up anyway and harass you all day long to bully you into giving them money for doing absolutely nothing.

Eleno is an outstanding a/c and heating technician!! He has been to my house severaal times and work on both cooling and heating air tech problems and always came out looking excellent ... ! I would recommend him to anyone ...

Was without heating in the cold winter. Called for service and received very fast response and turn around time! Elano was up front and honest with his diagnosis. He took the time to check all components and pinpoint the issue. Gave a fair price on parts and installation and warrantied his work. Was able to fix the issue and had very quick turnaround time! Now I have heating again. I highly suggest Ramirez HVAC. Will be using again for any future issues.

My contact was not so great, we contacted Mr Ramirez since he was referred by a friend and when we contacted him and explained our situation he advised what we asked was do able. When he arrived he provided a different story. Mr Ramirez you stated over the phone before inspecting our ac unit that it would be a easy fix. However it was not what you said, you want to go back on your agreement that was made over the phone, and that is disappointing. I understand small businesses need to make money but when you agree to one thing then do another, when you say you can fix it easily then say the part is expensive is not how business is done. I am very disappointed in our contact, and it is upsetting that what we expected was not the outcome. I hope you learn that what you say is a verbal agreement and should not be changed because of a misunderstanding on your part. In today's economy every family has to deal with high costs but should not have to deal with someone who goes back on his word. Because isn't a man's word is a bond that can not be broken or undone. Ecclesiastes 5:5 It is better not to make a vow than to make one and not fullfill it.

10/10 recommend this company. Fast and very reliable. I called MULTIPLE COMPANIES. I was going down the list that google supplied and sadly these guys were towards the bottom of the list. They deserve to be at the top. The dedication this company has to it’s clients is top tier. Technician came out the same day we called and earlier than expected, he called beforehand to make sure it was okay to show up earlier and OMG YES! Who wouldn’t love that! He was very knowledgeable and ready to GET’ER Done. Now instead of sitting in a house with 90degree weather even when the AC was on… it’s fresh and just where I like it- at 70 degrees 😌. This company has gained a loyal customer. Fantastic Job!

Ramirez HVAC came out on a short notice, same day. our unit just suddenly stopped working. He got it up and going same day. Very honest, fast and reliable. Highly recommend this company to my friends and family!
