German runs a good business and has a really great crew, Hector gives me good quotes and all the other guys are super nice people. Will use them again and again !

2nd time I've used them in 4 years. Prices are very reasonable, crew shows up on time (they actually scheduled me one day earlier than quoted) debris clean up was spotless, and they finished 1/2 hour earlier than quoted! And above all, they have an A+ rating with BBB, which anyone should consider when selecting contractors. I would highly recommend them, and I personally won't choose anyone else but them!

This was my first time using Visalia Tree Service and they were A+. They were quick to schedule and their crew did an amazing job on my monster of a tree. Even my neighbors noted what a nice job they did. Extremely happy with them from the gal who answered the phone, to the estimator, to the trimming crew - all polite and communicative. I will definitely use them in the future.

Visalia Landscape & Tree Company has done our trees several times over the years and we have been very pleased with the results each time. Their crew took care of the surrounding area and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards.

On Friday I called and schedule an appointment for Monday, 21 August for an estimation to have my palm trees trimmed which was confirmed. Never got a courtesy call from them yesterday for a no show at least. I will do business with them at all. First Impression counts.

Stay away from this company!!!!
The owner German promised to come and take care of 2 large trees that were losing branches and did not show up on the scheduled day and tried to avoid my calls until I hid my caller ID.
Then he gave me his “word” that he will show up another day only to send me a text the day of the scheduled job that he cannot do it as it is “too dangerous”.
He is unreliable and cannot be trusted.
Consider yourself warned.

After the job was done, I needed some follow up and they all ghosted me. German even got agressive ever the phone with my handyman and friend. They spoke in Spanish and I couldn’t understand, but it wasn’t professional.
No matter how cheap they work, I can not tolerate this kind of behavior

Visalia Tree Services came to my neighborhood to do some work at a neighbors house. They tried to pull under my tree with their truck and accidentally hit my tree. Ripped a large branch off. They cleaned up the branch but left my tree branch visually ripped up instead of sawing it clean. I let them know that I was surprised and disappointed. They said they could come to take care of it. 2 weeks have gone by and no resolution. There are some companies that make a mistake and instantly do the right thing. Then there are some companies that just take a little reminder to do the right thing. Then there are some companies that, well, don't really seem to care. I thought this was just kinda careless and disappointed with the outcome. A minor issue that I can take care of myself. But an opportunity for a company to do the right thing. I was just disappointed.
