I have had very bad experiences with another “good reputation” Vista cleaner. I was pleasantly surprised that this outfit is the best carpet/tile cleaner I've ever used. When I read reviews before hiring them, I was very skeptical that they (like other businesses) had posted a bunch of dummy reviews saying how great they are. I've come to believe that their other reviews (giving them 5 stars or highest ratings) are legit as is this one.

In summary, here are my thoughts about their service: They showed up on time and were extremely flexible with what I wanted for the price I wanted and when I wanted it. I was moving overseas (I've active duty) and they worked around my movers' schedules. Jimmy, the manager, was extremely professional as was his brother Sam. I trust them. Were that I not moving, I'd definitely use their service again and recommend it to my family. That's the best compliment I can give them.

By the way, they got out stains I thought would stay regardless of their treatment and efforts.

Jimmy from Silver Olas is an expert at what he does and I would recommend this company as they have superb customer service.

Just be sure as to what your expectation is of the service and be clear with your needs. Especially if you need the stone ceiling to also be cleaned as that is not normal practice.

He will give detailed advice on how to keep your stone floors and shower looking great.

We've used Silver Olas several times over the past few years. They consistently do a fantastic job. They are on time, considerate, friendly and professional. The most important thing to me though is how dry they leave the carpets when they're finished. It takes very little time before the carpets are completely dry. Excellent job. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

Jimmy and crew did a great job. They were able to accommodate us in short notice and were able to get my tile/grout cleaned to perfection. They did a great job on our carpet cleaning and kitchen countertops as well. Would recommend.

I wrote a $2,000 check for a bill of $1,640, leaving a gratuity of $360. Dylan and his assistant Andrew came around 11 am after finishing their previous job. They stopped at 8:30 pm, with Andrew putting in 4 overtime hours for the day. Since my windows haven't been cleaned for a few years, it took them unexpectedly longer time to clean. Seeing this, I told Dylan not to rush but to properly clean all the windows and write me a new quote after the job is done. The next day, a Saturday, Dylan came alone and finished all the jobs, including vacuuming the curtains, cleaning the dryer vent, pressure washing my large concrete patios, at around 9 pm. I was very satisfied with his job overall and asked him to write a new quote to reflect the unexpected works involved. He said that it isn’t his habit/policy to alter his original quote. I asked again, and he said that if I was satisfied I could leave him a tip that he would share with Andrew. At that point I gave him the $2,000 check that had already been prepared for him. I felt it was very fair for both of us.

Dylan did an excellent job on our windows. He cleaned the window channels, dusted on top of the windows and wiped down all frames and surrounding area really well.
