Great response and customer service. Great prices. I called Nick at 9:00 Saturday morning and he had everything loaded and gone in less than 2 hours. The price was great, they charged almost a third less than others.

I happened to see Nick driving his Hauler Junk Removal truck in my community. I immediately called the number, asked for an estimate and scheduling of removal or an antique area rug. Nick provided the estimate by phone and was at our home and rug loaded into his truck within a half hour. Nick was respectful, available, and prompt. We are pleased with Nick's service and happy the area rug is gone before the incoming storm.

The Haulers returned my call promptly and were able to make an appointment to come pick up my stuff within 24 hours. They arrived when they said they would, quoted me an extremely fair price, cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly. I would recommend Nick and his team to anyone.

Nick was amazing. My wife and I had made plans to travel to San Diego to empty and relinquish our pod. We made plans with Nick, and then life happened. Pods time frame was incorrect and therefore we would not have access, they were not open the following day (Sunday), and we were leaving to return home in Ventura. We informed Nick and he said no problem, “send me a text and I’ll be there Monday.” We did just that, made payment, and everything was handled without hiccup…..what you expect from true professionals. Nick and his crew are just that, true professionals. I received before pictures, he provided pictures of the cleaned out pod, and pictures of the truck loads. Amazing!!
