Bay City Mechanical exceeded every expectation in the installation of two new 5-ton commercial HVAC systems, including all associated new electrical work, for our Parish Hall. As the person responsible for the care, maintenance, and stewardship of our church facilities, I do not offer praise lightly—especially when it comes to major capital projects.

From the very beginning, their communication, planning, and logistics were exceptional. Every estimate and proposal was clear, detailed, and fully transparent. There were no surprises, no vague language, and no hidden costs. Their professionalism made coordination easy for both me as Business Manager and for our Pastor, allowing the entire project to move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

A special note of recognition must be given to Mark, the Superintendent, who coordinated the entire project flawlessly from start to finish. He was proactive, clear in his communication, and always available, which made a complex commercial installation feel seamless and well-controlled.

Although Bay City Mechanical is a larger firm and had not previously worked with our parish, they proved to be anything but impersonal. Their team showed the utmost respect for our sacred property, worked cleanly and efficiently, and treated the site as if it were their own. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, precise, and clearly performed by highly skilled professionals who take pride in what they do.

What initially felt like a “gamble” in selecting a larger company quickly became a confirmation that we had made the right decision. Their honesty, responsiveness, and follow-through were exemplary. The systems were installed on schedule, the workmanship was first-class, and the entire process reflected integrity and excellence.
