Nissho left a sprinkler on in my backyard for a week while I was on vacation. The employee who made the mistake lied about it. Cost me 35,000 gallons of water.

In Carlsbad they sit in their truck a lot I spend a lot of time in the women's bathroom and they don't ask if anybody's in there they just walk right in

Extremely rude. They're located in a residential community their employees show up at 4:00 a.m. blaring loud mariachi music every morning.

Horrible quality of work since day one. Nissho was hired to maintain our landscaping at a HOA, always at a below standard level of work. The horrible quality of work from their employees is a trickledown affect from the top, as I did my part walking the property with management and not once did the quality of work improve. I am all for a business to be successful, however, this business in growing larger have become some of the worst neighbors ever. They now have numerous trucks dragging large trailers that clog local traffic struggling to get into and out of their very small parking lot. Their employees clog up the the local neighborhood. Nissho’s response is that it is open parking and they are doing nothing about the traffic problems. Success built at the cost of others is no way to run a business!

Nishho is an abomination of a company. Stop using gas powered leaf blowers and power tools in residential areas at 6 am. My roommate and I have been woken up by these inconsiderate workers probably hundreds of time over the last few year.

Nissho of California has a very good assistance team. They help their employees feel safe in event of an emergency. I called about my dad having issues due to an emergency related to the fire in los angeles. Nissho emergency operator contacted the supervisors and enable communication that ensured my fathers situation was recorded. We received good backing and assurance that they would give time for my dad to take care of things with no problems.

White Chevy traverse with the numbers 2077 on the back of it with a Nissho emblem cut me off eastbound 78 this morning and then rode inches from the bumper of the car in front of me for miles. This kind of dangerous selfish representation of the company should not be tolerated.

Landscaper from this company using a gas leaf blower blew sand, dirt & debris all over me and my dog this morning while we were sitting on a bench near Carlsbad beach. It got in my eyes and scared my dog. The guy didn’t give a care and didn’t stop using his machine so we could pass. Incredibly rude, every other time I’ve been around someone leaf blowing they pause for pedestrians & people.

Also – why even use a leaf blower at the beach? It just sprays sand everywhere and creates noise & air pollution, doesn’t actually tidy anything up or improve the landscape? Seems like this company is another a “send landscapers to leaf blow things around for a bit & call it a job well done” company ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I am so impressed by the work done by Robert, Armando and the team! Looks 110% better! The team came in and in a few hours took down an entire overgrown mess and turned it into a yard again! He trimmed up a huge honeysuckle, tore out 9 concrete pavers and weeded an entire backyard. I will be calling him back to fix some fencing as well! Highly recommend

We had several overgrown trees that were on the verge of damaging not only our home but the neighbors as well. They came quickly and gave us an estimate. What a professional team that came and conquered the forest. Our home looks amazing and they cleaned up every branch and leaves. Please contact this company for all your landscaping needs. Had a smaller outdoor project that we decided to use Robert and his team for. The demolition of our existing concrete patio to be replaced by about 350 SQ FT concrete pavers, moving the irrigation and drains, followed by some planting and lighting (which makes a huge difference). The crew was amazing. They worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up every day when they went home, which was just lovely. Robert was always there to answer any questions and the quality of the work was top-notch and it perfectly resembled the design that we were shown, and all agreed upon. They say cost is what you pay and value is what you get, which in this case, we think we did well in both aspects. They weren't the cheapest bid and also weren't the most expensive. They did a fantastic job, and we look forward to spending the summer outdoors in our new little outdoor space.

My partner and I recently re-did our backyard. We met with three different companies and although Roberts price wasn't the cheapest, we were impressed with three things, mainly, that made us decide to go with Rojas Landscape:

1. His ability to understand our ideas and turn them into an accurate representation that removed the guessing game out of what was going to be the final product. Everything was clearly laid out from the material selection to the price per Sq Ft. It is a family business (another thing we liked) and I believe that makes the communication within the company very fluid. Everyone that showed up was on the same page always.

2. Roberts calm demeanor made us feel at ease. He had a no-nonsense approach in returning our calls and emails made us feel like he would be available when we needed something throughout the project. His mediation between us, the designer, the building crew, the city, and the landscaper were spectacular. Even when unexpected issues beyond anybody's control came up, he handled them professionally and quickly.

3. The quality, cleanliness and timely manner with which the crews he selected for the project operated with. There were only a few days they didn't show up due to the weather throughout the entire 3-month process. They left our property clean at the end of every day and were very respectful. The job came out great and although it was stressful having our house torn up and people here every day, it was worth it. Thanks guys!

I've used Robert and Rojas Landscaping for multiple projects and I'll use them for future landscaping projects as well. The last project, which was completed about a month ago, was a revamping of our backyard in which they extended the concrete (so that I could put my new traeger smoker flush with the built in bbq), as well as adding hanging lights and a water fountain feature in the corner. I needed a quick turnaround time since we had family coming in from out of town and they were able to deliver a great product. It's so nice to have the lighting at night as well as the fountain noise in the background during the day. Our backyard is exactly what we envisioned.

I have used Rojas Construction for several different jobs at my home over the past 2 years and they are a phenomenal group. The quality of their work is excellent, attention to detail is high, and they are really wonderful to work with. I recommend them for their work on retaining walls, drainage and irrigation, hardscaping, concrete, fire pits, pavers and utilities. Great crew, great work. Looking forward to my next project with them.

Rojas Landscaping does excellent work. Robert and his staff are very professional. We have used them multiple times. They listen to our needs and make suggestions to come up with a plan that fits our budget. They are our first choice when it comes to home landscaping. I would recommend them to anyone.

Working with Rojas Landscaping was a very good experience for our very large backyard project. From start to finish Robert and his talented and artistic crew were open and communicative. From demo to wrap up they were completely professional, timely and here every day.

Rojas Landscaping has their own tools and equipment, from Bobcat to trucks to haul the demo'd material away and any materials that may need to be picked up, which really helped with the project and cost.

After the demo was completed, they installed drains throughout our backyard along with north side and south side drains to the street. The south side drain required boring a hole into the curb and this was done with precision and looks like it has been there since the house was built.

Then the retaining wall was built. It is very unique and has a center part and two sides with an array of boulders in front of it. The left side has a rock seat for a transition between it and the center. We've received great feedback on the retaining wall.

They then prepared and laid out 2700 sq. ft of pavers. The pavers were installed with many curves to make the transitions very easy and unnoticeable. This was a very creative endeavor that shows their artistry, effort and attention to detail.

At this point the turf was laid out and the transitions between the pavers and turf is very natural. The turf area was prepared and the turf laid out with a wood separator that bends and curves between the pavers and turf.

They also did side work on our patio cover that needed to be done and turned out better than we could have hoped and replaced the lock on our gate that did not have a key.

I highly recommend Rojas Landscaping as they are responsible, reliable, creative and affordably priced.
