I contacted Cal Plumbing as our usual plumber was booked. They said they could have a technician here from 12-2pm and that they would call with an update.
I called at 1:00 to see if they expected to be here closer to 2. I homeschool and was trying to prepare for someone to be in the house for a few hours. The office said the technician would be at our home in 30-40 min.
At 2:45 no technician had shown up. I called the office again and this time nobody answered.
At 3pm the technician sent a text that he would be here at 4:30pm.
I called and while I would like to give grace when contractors are running behind. This was my first time with this company and I decided to forgo and just wait for our regular plumber.

I would like to take the time, to tell you guys about this company,
This company has done great work for me and my husband. Over the years we have had issues with our home and it always seems to be little things here and there, But in fact it gets hard at times to be having repairs here and there. For the last few months I have contacted CAL PLUMBING AND HEATING, and all my problems have stop, the jobs that other companies were doing were not as great as they have been with CAL, it seems that they would just to lame work to keep getting my money, but not with CAL, he has done a great job and has GUARANTEE every single one of them, he has fix stuff that others have done wrong.Our home if finally coming together thanks to this company. I feel like family with the service that he provides.
I will continue using them and will recommend to all of you to try him, he is the best at what he does.
