Refrigerator reviews in Vista, California

Amazing service! Fast & efficient. Fixed dryer machine & dishwasher

Can’t thank Alex enough! If you’re looking for a company to fix any major appliances they should be your go to person!

I've used Alex twice now--once each for a GE refrigerator and microwave. Both times repairs were fast and professional!

Quick reply and availability, very friendly, helpful and did a good job resolving my dryer issues.

I used Alex twice. The first time he did a good job with our washer, and charged a fair price.

The second time, he came out to work on our refrigerator. He told my wife and me that the work required at least an hours work, but that he'd do it for a flat of $120 (this included his fee to make the house call). 22 minutes later, he was done. That worked out to an hourly rate of $327.27. So, deduct his travel change and you still have a ridiculous fee.

We felt like he had taken us for a ride (he knew it wouldn't take anywhere near as long as he quoted). Don't get me wrong, he did a good job this time too.

However, I'll never use him again. . .as far as we're concerned, he doesn't care about building repeat business or treating potential long term customers fairly.

There are too many other people out there who want to do business for the long haul. . .find one that is good, fair and stick with him!

This is an outstanding service provider and I highly recommend them! Alex had to replace a control board on my hood fan today and we realized this was not going to be an easy job because of the tight fit of the hood (see photo). He took great care and time to ensure that there was no damage to the ceiling while balancing himself on a large ladder....not an easy task and probably could have asked to have it removed by someone else. He was extremely professional and pleasant as he navigated the situation and got my appliance in perfect working condition. I recently had my kitchen remodeled and have dealt with a LOT of contractors in the San Diego area and Alex is at the top of the list! Thank you, Alex!
