American Response Team saved us! We had an appliance problem that caused water damage 1 night before a planned vacation. Felipe from ART was on-site first thing in the morning. He was helpful and consultative. His team contained the damage immediately so we were able to still go on vacation without any delay. Communication from the whole ART team was proactive and courteous. They worked directly with our homeowners insurance to document our claim. American Response Team is most highly recommended!

This review covers the two water leaks at my condo during the past 4+ months. The water heater was replaced since I thought that it was leaking. About a week afterwards, I noticed that the carpet was very damp again. My plumber also noticed that the drywall adjacent to the water heater was very damp. He suggested that I call America Response to remediate the water damage caused by a leak from the upstairs condo. Christian from American Response set up fans with a dehumidifier for a four day dry out period. The reconstruction team from American Response removed the damaged drywall and observed the source of the leak from the upstairs water heater. The upstairs owner then presumably had the leaky pipe repaired. The reconstruction team did a fantastic job with the repairs (new drywall with insulation, retexturing with painting, and reassembly of affected cabinets and backsplash). American Response deserves a 5 stars rating in terms of communications and excellent work quality. Unfortunately, the repair didn't hold, so I had to call American Response to deal with a repeat water damage control recently. They again responded quickly and dried out the walls and carpeting to prevent any growth of mold/pathogens. I highly recommend American Response to deal with any water damage scenarios quickly and professionally so that you can have "peace of mind." Thank you, American Response Team.

Will from American Response Team was an absolute lifesaver for me and my family after a flood in our home. From the moment he arrived, Will was professional, efficient, and incredibly compassionate. He worked quickly to minimize the damage and walked us through every step of the restoration process. A pipe burst under my kitchen sink and water was everywhere. The plumber who fixed the pipe referred us to Felipe Gayosso and his team from American Response. They came right away and did everything to mitigate the water damage. They were very conscious of keeping the area that they worked in contained, they were aware of the stress It caused the tenants, and they did everything to make the experience better. They came regularly to check the moisture levels made phone calls to my insurance company and provided important information. They were respectful of my home environment and cleaned up thoroughly. I discovered a pinhole leak in my pipe at 7pm on a Friday night and immediately called around for an emergency dry restoration company to remove the drywall so the plumber could fix the leak. American Response Team did an amazing job! Manny Gutierrez did a great job with communicating to me daily. Jose was at my home all of the time. He is very respectful of my property. He was extremely punctual and very polite. In such a stressful situation, this team moved very fast and worked very efficiently. They always left the house as clean and neat as possible. Felipe and his entire team were thorough, efficient, and great with scheduling. Felipe responded quickly on Christmas Day and made sure no further damage would occur and all the mitigation work was completed quickly. He worked with me and my schedule (and my dogs on site) to get all the necessary water mitigation and damage removal completed during the busy holidays. I was placed in the unfortunate situation of my water heater leaking under my floors and cabinets. My insurance company let me choose my own company for water mitigation/repairs and I chose American Response Team, due to their great reviews, and they absolutely delivered. Felipe has been nothing but amazing during the process and was able to schedule same-day to come do an evaluation of the situation. He was educating me on the whole process (start to finish) and answering any questions I had. Everyone on the team has done what was needed and did it right, which is the most important part.
I've never had to deal with this situation before, but I would recommend American Response Team to anyone who has an unfortunate situation like mine. They are quite thorough and kind. This kind of fix will never be done overnight and it takes time. But it is done correctly and professionally. These guys are great. Thank you all!

I had an unknown leak turn into a flood that was discovered upon coming back from vacation. I called American Response Team right away. American Response Team went through the process to hire all of the other companies I needed for the job. Their workers were on time and did everything they said they would do.

I especially want to acknowledge Felipe because he was a nice, professional guy, always on time, easy to talk to, explained things before they happened, and answered all of my questions. I'm still in the process of rebuilding after the water damage, but wanted to leave a review about the Remediation Department and Felipe specifically.

American Response came out the same day I called and moved quickly to dry out our damaged floors and walls. Filipe was always very responsive to my emails and text messages. He respected our need to stay in our home during the remediation and did his best to accommodate our needs. We have unfortunately had to use them in the past for another slab leak and as before they were wonderful! I would highly recommend there team for your remediation needs.

Christian even made himself available 24/7 to guide me through the process and answering any concerns that I might have had.This company went above and beyond on the water mitigation for my home. We had a very positive experience with American Response Team during the remediation phase. Felipe Gayosso was great at communicating the process to us which helped to eliminate some of our stress. We’ve had to call on American Response Team twice now—both times for the same general area in our home. The first time was about 2.5 years ago, and unfortunately, a new leak developed in the same area recently, this time coming from the toilet. Understandably, I was initially concerned that this might have been due to the original installation—perhaps a reused wax ring or something missed.

However, I really appreciated how the owner, Will, handled the situation. He took the time to personally speak with me, look up our original file, and even went as far as sending photos from the original job showing that the wax ring installed was indeed brand new. That level of follow-through and transparency was very reassuring.

Both times we’ve used them, their response time and communication have been excellent. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of our home.

We had a flood downstairs and my plumber arranged for American Response Team to help us. Felipe arrived quickly and from the get go, he put me at ease with his clear explanation of what work needs to be done, how he will help to liaise with my insurance company and gave me the reassurance that he will take care of us. He surely did! He was constantly in communication with me. His teammate David was also very respectful and worked quickly.
But Felipe went over and beyond what I expected from the company. When my insurance rep came by and cut a portion of my carpets out, they left some exposed nails in the ground. Felipe covered them with cardboard so that my dogs won’t hurt themselves. When I had another unexpected leak from one of my angle valves, I called Felipe as I didn’t know what to do. He came by after work hours and helped place caps and told me to get my plumber to change the valves. He even followed up with me to ensure there was no more leak!
Felipe is a true gem! It’s a reflection of how much he cares for his customers. His actions go way beyond his duties. American Response Team has such a great team! Everyone who walked through my door was respectful and clearly knew what they were doing. I’m very grateful my plumber put me in touch with them.
