Viking range went all weird — burners flickering, not staying lit. Someone came out, did whatever magic they do, and now it’s back to cooking like a champ.

The repairman was on time and efficient. He found the problem, ordered the part and was back as soon as the part arrived. Oven is working again!

My refrigerator showed an error code and then suddenly it did not feel as cold as usual. I reached out to Gold Coast and explained the issue. She scheduled me for the soonest appointment which was 3 days away. I took the appointment but had asked if anything came up to please call me. She called back 2 hours later and had a sooner appointment. When the service guy came out he was awesome. The fan had gone out and he said with it being a Thursday that they would not get the part needed until the following week. He asked if I had a small fan, which I did, he placed it behind my fridge and told me to keep it running as that would remove the hot air. He saved me. My fridge worked all weekend long and I didn’t lose any of my food. I would 100% recommend Gold Coast to anyone who has refrigeration needs.

TJ fixed our gas range - oven did not work - and diagnosed and replaced ice maker on our fridge. He was punctual, professional and clear on what needs to be done. I am definitely planning to call TJ if and when next appliance repair is needed.

I would give TJ an excellent review as he is very good about providing same day service and high quality work. So far I've had TJ service my washer that had a bad control board, and my dryer that required a thermostat and heating coil. I would use TJ again for any appliance repair.

Fixed the water pump in my viking dishwasher. TJ was professional, timely and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use him again.

TJ is the best! He came over to fix my washer(not draining) and another time to fix my squeaky dryer. Before he came over, I asked an estimate of the cost. Both times, he pretty much indicate what was wrong and what it might take to fix the problem and approximate cost. He then came over and efficiently fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. He is very knowledgeable and polite. Definitely WILL HITE again.

My fridge was leaking water. I contacted TJ appliance repair. Fast reply and he was able to schedule a next-day appointment for our fridge. TJ (technician) was on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us that clogged water supply can cause water leakage from the fridge. TJ smoothly fixed the issue. Honest and affordable, we will be back for future needs!

TJ was very helpful - he gave me the cost to fix my oven. He said no pressure if I wanted to think about and decided to fix it he could come back tomorrow it. It was older but I went ahead and had him fix it which took him less than 10 minutes. We than spoke about zelle & venmo how technology has gotten so advanced makes it easier to pay. He spoke of his mother which I am about her age. Just a real friendly guy and he knows his appliances.
