Jeremy was great to work with for my project. I needed a finished office/bedroom above my garage insulated, as it got up to 95F on sunny days and I was tired of wasting money and energy with my window A/C unit. I decided to find a permanent solution. I got quotes from about 5 companies to insulate it. Insulation Solutions was very quick to reply and their price estimate was reasonable and they asked a ton of questions, which was a good sign, so I decided to go with them. They were able to schedule me very quickly and their team was very professional and courteous. I even bought them lunch, since they were working so hard. Jeremy followed up to make sure everything went well. Now even on sunny days, the room doesn't get above 74F, a HUGE improvement! Great work by this company.

We are very happy with our new attic insulation. The estimate was thorough and product is very good. Only negative is our attic trap door for access doesn't close properly now; I think it got tweaked. Update: the issue with attic closure was resolved quickly and expertly

The crew at Insulation Solutions were thorough and extremely helpful. They removed all the ancient insulation in our attic, cleaned and sealed the entire area, then installed new fiberglass batting in the attic and underneath the floor. They did this all in 5 hours and returned the next morning to finish up installing netting under the floor to keep the insulation in place. The next day it was 93 degrees in the afternoon but inside it was 74 — ten degrees cooler than usual. I’m super happy that we choose to work with Insulation Solutions and give them my highest recommendation!

He and his partner Eli did a great job and cleaned up the area when they were done. Will hire him again when we need other work done.

Sergei's work is detailed and very professional. He even sent a 3d design print out to help us with the design and offered suggestions and took our suggestions. He resurfaced 2 of the decks at our home and completely rebuilt one. He listened carefully to what we wanted, checked in with us regularly, built exactly to our specifications with lots of useful suggestions on how to make it better. He came every day and showed up when he agreed to and worked the full day. We were so happy when the back deck was done. He and his assistant even helped carry our heavy potted plants back on the beautiful shiny deck! We recommend him very highly.

Sergei installed a Type 2 EV charger, a separate outlet and a light switch inside my garage about 2 weeks ago. When I searched for professionals who did this type of work, Sergei responded almost immediately. Late at night I provided him with details of my projects and within 30 minutes we consummated the agreement to do business. After speaking to him, I was confident he was "the guy". I took no additional calls for my project. He was also able to come to my home the next day, on time and ready to get the job done. He took time to ask questions, assess the layout, review the charger I purchased to determine whether it was sufficient enough for what I wanted and lastly he determined the best place to install the charger.

His craftsmanship and knowledge is superior. He knows what he's doing. His fees were quite reasonable and he took his time to get the job done, perfectly. I feel very luck to have found him. I could not imagine anyone doing a better job. Needless to say I am thrilled that the installation is complete, which was done perfectly. I am unconditionally recommending Sergei to anyone seeking an EV charger installation and other electrical work. He is now my Lifetime Electrician ... I will never use anyone else. We couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Cam and the team at YBB for our whole-home remodel. A project of this scale is a massive undertaking, and while there are always going to be a few hiccups along the way, Cam’s planning and execution were top-tier.

The biggest thing that sets them apart is the **quality of the work**. The attention to detail in our house is honestly outstanding, and the finished product feels incredibly high-end. You can really see the pride they take in every square inch of the build.

Two other things that really surprised us (in the best way possible) were the timing and the budget:

* **Reliable Timing:** Cam estimated our move-in date accurately to within about a week. Given how often construction projects drag on, we were incredibly impressed by that.
* **Budget Accuracy:** Our final costs were within roughly **5% of the original estimate**. It’s rare to find a contractor who stays that close to the initial numbers.

Part of what made this work was the **detailed Gantt chart** they provided. It made the entire process feel completely transparent; we always knew exactly where we stood on a weekly basis and had a clear view of what was planned for the weeks ahead. It really took the guesswork out of the project and kept us extremely well-informed throughout.

YBB definitely isn’t the cheapest option out there, but in our opinion, they are absolutely worth the money for the peace of mind, the accurate scheduling, and the superior results. All of their subcontractors were fantastic to work with as well.

In terms of advice for future clients, just be ready to make a ton of decisions! Cam and Sam were incredibly helpful in navigating all the choices we had to make, and we found that being ready to make a call on things fairly quickly was a big part of what kept the project on track. Also, while we could always get things done over email and text, jumping on a quick call or meeting in person was usually the best way to dive into the finer details.
