Itay was really great at explaining my options, what he'll do, and then he did a wonderful job while we were on vacation. Our roof was poorly re-shingled by unlicensed contractors (save money by always using licensed contractors!), so we needed an experienced roofer to redo everything; that is, remove the unused vents and redeck those areas before reshingling.

Five different licensened roofers came during the week to inspect and bid. Itay was the only one who used a drone along with walking every inch; he (by far) spent the most time looking and measuring and taking notes of what he saw. He then explained in detail (more than the others) about what was good, what was bad, and what was ugly.

Itay also recommended a lighter shingle color because it helps improve our solar panel production by keeping solar panels cooler. He really knows a lot about roofs and which factors to consider for every situation!

We weren't able to watch him work since we already had plans on the days he was available, so we were happily surprised with his daily photos texted to us to know his progress. And were even happier when we returned home to the finished (perfect) roof.

Since Itay has experience in building all kinds of things, we plan to hire him many times in the future and have already introduced some friends to him.

If you’re looking for a new roof, Itay at DoPro construction should absolutely be on your short list. He was well spoken, considerate, and sincere in his mission to get you the best work possible. He gave me multiple quotes for different options and was able to meet me where I needed to be.

We did end up with a different company but I would recommend others to speak with Itay to see if he’s the right fit.

We contracted for roof replacement and were contacted by Austin.From start to finish, he has been knowledgeable, proactive, pleasant and efficient. The work was done in a professional manner and completed quickly.

I'm sure the work is fine and up to code but post work care and clean up is lacking, I should charge storage free since they want to use my front as a lay down yard.

More excuses and delays in picking up left over material.

I reviewed 5 project proposals. I was looking at the description of the work to be done and the price. I chose DOPRO because of the thoroughness of the outline of the work to be done. Itay, the CEO was there regularly to ensure that the work was being done properly. He called the city inspector during a working stage and at the completion of the project. The workers cleaned the grounds each day when they finished working on the roof. The roof looks good.

Do pro Construction and the owner Itay are great! They did a new roof on our large tall Victorian house in SF. It was a huge job and required removing 3 layers of old roof, all the way down to the 115 year old wooden shingles! They down new sheathing and a new roof. They handled the big, complex somewhat dangerous job on a high pitched roof very well with no issues in 5 days. We chose them because the pricing was very good and we are very happy with the result. The interactions with Itay and the company were very professional and friendly. Itay was able to use his very cool drone to inspect the roof thoroughly and he also gave us before, during and after videos of the work.

Itay was easy to work with and clean and upfront about each step. DoPro provided me with all the information and allowed me to choose. The roof project was finished earlier than estimated and the workers were respectful and clean. After t finishing the job the workers made sure to clean the front and backyard. My roof looks amazing and comes with warranty. I plan to work with Itay and DoPro on future projects.

I recently worked with Jesus Duran, owner of JD General Construction on a full remodel of my new condominium. Jesus and his team gutted the kitchen and both bathrooms, put in new floors, doors, trim and baseboards.

Prior to hiring Jesus, I met with quite a few contractors and was looking for someone with experience doing modern design. I chose Jesus because of his interest in design, passion for the project, his technical knowledge and easy going style. He is an artist with tile. His project manager can do anything, works hard, is respectful and is a good finisher. Jesus cares about pleasing his clients. He has a respect for the beauty of good design, which is not always the case with contractors. Unless you are doing something really out of the ordinary, Jesus has the skills to handle your design needs. I am very particular and not an easy to please client.

Jesus will tell you like it is if he thinks you are making a mistake but he is not pushy.
His quote was fair and his prices are reasonable. I love my new home and am very grateful to Jesus and his team for a job well done.
