I recently had my AC unit replaced by Ali, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Ali was both professional and personable. His customer service was outstanding—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. By the end of the service, it felt like I had made a new friend. On top of that, his pricing was very affordable, making the entire experience even better. I would highly recommend Ali to anyone in need of HVAC services!

Our A/C condenser unit would keep running indefinitely after the Nest thermostat had been turned off.

I checked the Yelp reviews and picked Otter HVAC. I left detailed request on Yelp to Otter.

Ali answered my Yelp query quickly, in 10-15 minutes, and we set up an appointment for the next day (a Friday before the long weekend). He needed a part, so he had to come back on Tuesday and installed the defective contactor unit. While we were testing it, The cooling fan stopped working. Ali had to come back again with a new fan, the next day.

Everything has been working okay since then. The cost was about 2/3 parts and 1/3 labor. I will definitely use them in the future.

Our AC unit stopped working over the hot weekend and we needed to fix it before the temperature dialed up again. We did an online quote and Steven quickly responded within 10 mins to set up an appointment for the next day. The Otter team member came by within the quoted time frame and had it fixed under 15 mins. We loved that the service call fee applied to the repair cost unlike the other company we talked to that said it was a separate fee.

Top notch technicians from the first visit to assess the needs to the completion of the work. Communication was great from the beginning with a very detailed estimate coming just hours after the initial visit. The team installed new gas furnaces in a tight place. After completion, they made sure to clean up and answer all our questions. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC related need.

I needed to have my heat pump removed and reinstalled for a roofing project. Ali came out, talked through things with me, gave a reasonable quote, and had the heat pump uninstalled all on the same day.

When it came time for the reinstall, I wanted to make some improvements, especially to reduce vibration noise from the unit. Ali and his team recommended some great mounts that *drastically* reduced the vibration related noise. They also answered my questions about filters, heat pump units, and various other topics with great patience.

They're very much a team that goes the extra mile to do great work, and are a pleasure to work with along the way. I would gladly work with them again!

Ali replaced our 26 year old furnace with a new 2-stage Bryant. He was very responsive and took the time to answer all of our questions. The price was reasonable and he identified and resolved a few issues with our setup (electrical connection and flow restriction). The work was quality, we would strongly recommend Otter if you need a furnace replacement, HVAC or electrical work.

Otter HVAC service was great. Ali is the best! Always letting me know every step and explaining things so I understood the entire process. Always punctual and he even sends an I'm getting close follow-up ETA. As a single mother, I felt very comfortable with both men in my house and Ali hung out with my little dog so she felt relaxed too. Ivan knew I like the dark so he used his little work light so I could rest. So nice. Honestly, I didn't even look for other quotes after I met Ali, who is very kind, because that is most important to me. My house is finally warm all over plus it will be cold when I need it to be. We recently moved into a new home and reached out to Otter HVAC to inspect the air flow of our air-conditioning system. They were extremely responsive and helped inspect our system (in the dead of summer!) within 24 hours of our request. Their team gave us great tips on how to redirect air flow and conserve energy - and, more importantly, were very thoughtful and kind throughout the process. Highly recommend!!

I rarely come across a company with such honesty, dedication, and true passion for their work! Technician Ali came over, thoroughly inspected my AC, and told me it only needed a cleaning and a capacitor replacement. Meanwhile, two other companies insisted I needed a full replacement! He fixed it for a much lower price, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much for your honesty and professionalism! I will definitely be recommending you to everyone!

Got service done to replace the capacitor and contactor, and it was great! Their prices was 30% lower than other companies, and communication was super fast. They came out quick and got the job done right. Highly recommend!

Best electrician I've ever worked with. Otter HVAC made it easy to get an estimate, was flexible on scheduling, came back multiple times as I didn't have the right part initially for n EV car charger, and did great high quality work at a great price. I will be calling them for any HVAC or electrical work going forward, I can't recommend highly enough.
