Initial call I knew I would you them for my service. Celeste answered the phone and may be the friendliest and most helpful person ever!? Jason came to do the service, the owner, and could have been nicer. Fixed the issue right away. 10 out of 10

Wouldn’t trust my appliances to anyone else. Jason and his team handle everything from washers and dryers to ovens, stoves and dishwashers. Never had a problem he couldn’t solve. Highly recommend.

My refrigerator showed an error code and then suddenly it did not feel as cold as usual. I reached out to Gold Coast and explained the issue. She scheduled me for the soonest appointment which was 3 days away. I took the appointment but had asked if anything came up to please call me. She called back 2 hours later and had a sooner appointment. When the service guy came out he was awesome. The fan had gone out and he said with it being a Thursday that they would not get the part needed until the following week. He asked if I had a small fan, which I did, he placed it behind my fridge and told me to keep it running as that would remove the hot air. He saved me. My fridge worked all weekend long and I didn’t lose any of my food. I would 100% recommend Gold Coast to anyone who has refrigeration needs.
