I hired Econo-Air for service, but my experience was disastrous. The technician, Jose, made a vile comment about Americans thinking they're entitled, which was just the latest in a string of poor behavior from him. I won't repeat it here. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed with this company's work and their Mini-split systems are unreliable - mine failed after less than a year.
