First time using Squeaky Service to clean the windows of my home and I am definitely using them again! Very good quality work, decent pricing, and the workers were very polite and professional. They have all the equipment and a special system that treats the water before it’s used on the windows. They also washed all my screens and cleaned my window sills. They take pride in their quality of work!

Quick response. I was able to schedule a next day appointment. The crew was on time and did great job ... quickly.

I scheduled with this company for window washing and they gave me a two hour window (9:30-11:30) for arrival. They called me at 11:35 to cancel because of ( high wind). I rescheduled for the next week arrival 10:30-12:30. I finally called the company phone at 12:40 and the lady told me they were on their way. At 1:30, they finally rang my doorbell. Don't schedule with this company unless you have time to waste waiting. Worst customer service I have had in a long time!

You never tried to contact me by phone or otherwise to make amends for your company "dropping the ball." Open and timely communication is key to good customer service. Instead you use inflammatory statements regarding my interaction with your man. Your reply is a perfect example of why I highly discourage anyone from using your service.

I spoke with Luis Martinez and was able to schedule an estimate the same day. Not only was he thorough and knowledgeable in his work, he was punctual too. He did excellent work on my windows, as well interior and exterior. His crew, Eduardo and Daniel, were kind and professional. I highly recommend hiring Squeaky Service. And YES, they are insured and bonded.

Also appreciated was the update after their service with letting us know there was a birdcage up by one window. Squeaky Services power washed my house including front side of the roof. They did an excellent job. The house looks so clean as if freshly painted. Squeaky also washed away all the algae looking dirt from the roof too. They communicate really well, always prompt, courteous, and professional. Their price is reasonable and competitive. These guys do a phenomenal job at a fair price. I had all the windows and screens done at my house and I was very pleased with the quality and the time it took to do it. I will definitely be using them once a year for that job alone. I think I will reach out for some other pressure washing jobs as well before summer is over.

I have had Andrew clean my windows for years and up to now have been pleased with the service. This time was different. He has a new company not sure if that contributed to my experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 8am. My past experience was that all of my windows could be cleaned inside and out within 3 hours. Andrew contacted me before the date of service and asked if he could move me back to 12ish. I said that would not work as I needed to leave by 1045 but that we could move my appointment to the following week if that would be better. He chose to keep it as scheduled. Andrew arrived closer to 9am and was alone the rest of his crew were elsewhere and would be coming later. I have a unique issue access to part of my windows for outside cleaning are inmy neighbors yard and she was not home and the gate was locked. In the past this has not been a problem since they use a special water feature and could reach these windows from the roof. The hose connection is inside of my garage. Andrew cleaned the inside of the windows and the screens and the outside of the porch windows but his crew were not going to arrive until after I needed to leave and since I could not give access to my garage after leaving meant that the crew would have to clean the windows by hand. Result was 3 of my windows did not get cleaned at all on the outside. I had to clean them myself. Andrew did not charge me his new rate but the price I paid was $165 more than another service I have used and had actually reached out to but Andrew responded first. Given my past experience I chose to go with him even though he was more expensive. Given the service I received it would have been better to have rescheduled me to the following week rather than him splitting his crew. I gave 3 stars because he cleaned the inside and most of the outside was done. I may not use his service going forward
