Constraction reviews in Watsonville, California

I can’t express enough how wonderful it is to come across a business with some old school principles such as integrity, hard work, and excellent customer service. Eluid is extremely professional and worked with us to make our landscaping vision come true. He provided us with ideas and solutions that fit within our budget and communicated with us through every step of our landscape installation. He employees a crew of very hard working individuals and is a hard worker himself as well. It is very apparent that Eluid takes pride in his business and is dedicated to pleasing the customer with a beautiful end product. I highly recommend EVMC Landscaping!!!

EVMC completely transformed my yard in 3 weeks. I’ve never seen a crew work so hard and so efficiently in my personal life and businesses. I gave very little direction, just some basics, and Eli took my input and applied his amazing creativity and work ethic to deliver way more than I expected.

Professional all the way through. I can’t say enough good things about the quality and value. Very very highly recommended.

It has been a refreshing experience to work with a landscape professional who is so collaborative and pays such great attention to detail. Although we have not yet done any big projects together, the attention that he and his team give to my yard makes a big difference. Many friends have commented on how great my yard looks since he has been caring for it. What is equally important to me is that Eliud is a pleasure to work with. He is kind and really strives to produce a beautiful outcome and to please his customers. I highly recommend EVMC Lanscaping for maintenance and for new projects.

Let me start this review by saying that Eli and his crew are absolutely great. I found Eli quite by accident but I sure am glad our paths crossed. Our yard was a disaster and we really had no idea about which direction to go with it. When Eli came by to consult he had fantastic input and listened to our needs and wants... It didn’t take long for him to come up with a game plan and he gave us a timeline that he executed perfectly. Eli and his crew were extremely professional and kind. They showed up on time each day and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Our yard turned out great! We are beyond satisfied with the quality and workmanship. I have now referred EVMC landscaping several people and they couldn’t be more impressed. We have also enlisted them to do a regular maintenance program on our yard and they keep it looking fresh fantastic. I really can’t say enough good things about EVMC landscaping, when it comes to pricing, details, and overall professionalism these are the guys for the job!!!

Eliud and the crew at EVMC do great work at a great price. Tranformed my old tired landscape to beautiful with new fencing, plants, ground cover, mulch and more. Plus tree work that was badly needed. Over a third of an acre, and every part of it now looks amazing. Installation and maintenance, these are the guys you want. Can't say enough good stuff about them...

My wife and I had been planning to get our front yard professionally landscaped. Eliud was referred to us by our neighbors who admittedly have one of the nicest landscaping on our street, which was a protect done by Eliud. We had a conceptual idea of what we wanted and Eliud was a great partner in expanding and completing that by bringing his professional knowledge and experience to the table and providing an array of great new ideas (e.g. on the type of plants to use, their positioning and orientation, irrigation, drainage, ground cover, etc.). The project went very smoothly and on time, within budget and the results are beyond expectation! Would recommend him 100% and planning to use his team for future projects around the house.

Eliud has done an amazing job creating a beautiful outdoor space out of a backyard that was previously weeds and dirt. He built in a flagstone patio, a new redwood landing and stairs, put our sump pump underground and routed it to a french drain, and installed a sod lawn in a very short time frame. Eliud and his team were easy to work with and had great design ideas and thoughts on how to get the project done under budget. Eliud did a fantastic job for much cheaper than other landscaping companies had quoted us. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services. We love our new yard!

Lucino was very helpful in my recent remodel! I highly recommend him for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen or bathroom as the experience was amazing!

Lucino Construction Inc. is a family-oriented company. Lucino is work oriented, focused and dedicated to his job. He built our over 5000sq beautiful family custom home in Gilroy. Thank you and may God almighty continue to bless you and your family.

While waiting to speak with the planning department at the City of Gilroy, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Lucino Escutia and his construction company by a fellow individual seeking city services, making my experience all the more serendipitous.

From the moment I contacted Lucino, I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude. One of the things that stood out to me about Lucino is his trustworthiness and honesty. He was always transparent about the process and I never had to worry about any surprises along the way. Additionally, I appreciated that he had me choose all the finishes for the project, and he stuck with my choices without any excuses or changes later on. It was clear that my input was important to him, and he made sure to listen to my needs and preferences.

Throughout the project, Lucino and his team, including Carlos, Miguel, and Gabriel, worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was completed to the highest standards. Their dedication and hard work were truly commendable, and I am grateful for the beautiful transformation they brought to my property.

I have already decided to work with Lucino on my next project in 2025, and I have no doubt that it will be just as successful as this one. I highly recommend Lucino Construction to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and respectful contractor. Thank you, Lucino and team, for exceeding my expectations and delivering an outstanding result.

Lucino's Construction does excellent work: Lucino helped me with a home remodelling project and was a pleasure to work with: he was clear in communication and honest. The work was done exactly as promised, on time and on budget.

Lucino has done two jobs for me. The first one, he did an addition to the main house and the second, made an ADU/Granny Unit on my property.

On both occasions, his estimates were better than from other contractors. His timeline/schedule was punctual, communication was constant with updates, and the finished work was impeccable.

I am very satisfied with his work. I have referred him to family members and if needed, I would work with him again.

Lucino's Construction did an excellent job with my home renovation. The entire process was professional and smooth, from the initial planning to the final touches. The team communicated well, finished the project on time, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality construction services!

Lucino’s Construction Inc is amazing the professionalism & attention to details is unmatched. Going into the project my husband & I were lost but with working with Lucino it was evident that he & his team are all expertise in their craft. They guided us through the whole process & ensured that we felt comfortable asking all our questions. They truly made our visions come to life! The highly skilled labor & craftsmanship quality shows throughout the entire project. We have nothing but great things to say about Lucino’s Construction Inc. We are so happy and in love with the results and will definitely be working with them in the future!

Lucino Construction was the main contractor that started and finished our 4 unit apartment building. We started in 2019 almost right before the pandemic and finished after the pandemic around 2023. Suffice to say, the process was anything but smooth because of the pandemic. The work includes demolishing an existing building and pouring concrete for the new foundation. Lucino oversaw and guided us through the whole process, successfully dealing with situations beyond our control. My apartment building is very well constructed with all the updated building codes. During summer’s high heat, we hardly feel the temperatures from the outside. I would highly recommend Lucino to handle future projects.

My husband and I had the privilege to work with Lucino’s Construction Inc. for over a year on a complex construction. Lucino and his team helped construct a new ADU, along with a concrete custom deck and storage in our backyard.
This construction/ expansion allowed us to utilize unused space on our property.

Lucino’s expertise and keen eye for structural design helped us maximize the use of our property’s square footage. His proficiency in explaining structural design and the use of computer software allowed us to visualize our project in 3D, allowing us to make any changes we felt necessary prior to submitting plans.
My husband and I appreciated Lucino’s constant communication. He gave us a clear understanding of what to expect throughout our project and educated us along the way on the choices we had with layouts and energy-efficient materials/appliances for the home.

Lucino made it seemingly easy for us by mitigating all aspects of our job from drafting and producing our plans, to submitting and managing permits with the city. He worked closely with the soil engineer and the structural engineer and ensured our project was managed promptly.

It was a pleasure working with you and your team Lucino! Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful service and helping our family’s dream of owning a second home a reality!

My family and friends have been doing business with Lucino's Construction for over 20 year with home remodels and new building Construction. They make the process for any type of project you have very easy by providing all the support you need to accomplish your project. They are very professional and provide high quality work in a timely manner. Highly recommend. 10/10
