Unorganized and doesn’t follow through with tasks until being called on several times. He still owes my wife money for working would not recommend his service. He had one woman who practically did everything, she was great. But the owner needs guidance and cannot even manage his own business. We are glad to be back home and out of dysfunctional California. More people need to tell it like it is in your state. Everything seems to be a facade, smoke and mirrors., micro managed and clueless. A good word for most I have come in contact with in the train wreck of a state. Is complacent.

Sandro is the absolute best.

Santa Cruz Carpet Cleaning has cleaned the carpets in a rental condo I manage 4 times now. He is without question the best person to work with. He's been able to remove crayon, food stains, and who knows what else from the light color carpeting. The guy is a godsend.

The carpets look great. Sando was kind and responsive. We were able to move up our appointment and add on an area run at the last minute.
The price was fair and the customer service above par, so I won’t hesitate to use them again.

He did a great job and was the only place that was able to come out on a quick notice. My dog peed on my brand new couch. He made it out to my home within 24 hours. He treated the couch with something that smells very strong like baby powder. 3 days later I still smell the baby powder but no pee whatsoever! Reasonable price as well.

Santa Cruz Carpet Cleaning is the BEST! Sandro is great to work with and takes the best care of his customers, which is why I am writing this review. We have dogs and busy lives and Sandro cleans our carpets as well as we've ever experienced and we've gotten the carpets cleaned a lot.
