We contracted with Alpha Dream Construction to paint the exterior of our home in Irvine. It was painted with Cool Life paint which has a lifetime warranty. The workers were very skilled. The quality and workmanship was excellent. We are very satisfied with the result. We highly recommend Alpha Dream Construction for exterior house painting.

Not the cheapest but fair price...high score on managing the project and responsive. We had some minor problems that was addressed in the same day. The project took one week longer but we did have some change orders so I guess they actually did make it on time. Super happy with the result ( I got them through a friend and I do recommend them ). Comparing them to other contractors i worked with they are 110% better (i guess you get what you paid for...this time I didn't go the cheapest ) so in total very good experience

I am a homeowner in Dana Point, California. About two months ago, I did extensive research on contractors in my area, and honestly I found only a few that seemed truly high quality. Isaac was the first one to come out, and he impressed me right away with his professionalism. He really understood my vision and was able to see and imagine how my home would look after a full renovation including the kitchen, flooring, paint, and two bathrooms.

What I appreciated most is that he did not pressure me or try to close the deal on the spot. He gave me the time and space to make my decision. I met with three other contractors after him. Two of them did not impress me at all, one was unprofessional and the other was extremely cheap in a way that did not seem realistic.

Because of that, I decided to move forward with Isaac and Alpha Dream Construction. I am very excited and already looking forward to starting my backyard project!! Love my new house!!
