Where do I start? I’ve worked with many ac company and all of them always try to upsell me to the bigger machine. I decided to get a second opinion and when I called Tony was assisting me from the beginning to the end. I enjoy his quality work and his willingness to help rather than to sell. I will be recommending all of my family and friends to him. Also his service is best price in West Covina and Baldwin Park Area (trust me I tried everyone on google and yelp).

Our A/C went out on the hottest week of the summer (July, 2019). I called Eagle and their service repairman called me and was able to come over that night. He did a full diagnosis on the unit and it turned out to be a bad capacitor. It was late so all the shops were closed, as it was an old and not common capacitor, but he came back the next day and had our unit running again. Also, as part of the service, he cleaned the outside unit (rust/dust) and gave us a new air filter. I will definitely call upon their services again...hopefully not anytime soon though.

I called around and everyone wanted to charge for a service call before giving me any estimate over the phone of what it might cost. I was simply asking for a ballpark figure to know if I should wait or not on making such an expense. Eagle was able to give me a roundabout estimate over the phone which then I felt they were more interested in helping my situation than in finding ways to make money off of me.

The job wound up taking hours longer than expected and the tech skipped lunch. I only saw him take a break to drink water. It was 95 outside and pretty much the same inside the house. He didn’t complain and kept his spirits up. As a retired manager, I can appreciate honest and hard working people. Easily five stars.

Had some issues with my a/c. It would go to turn on and then blow the circuit breaker. I made some calls to get initial estimates, wow! Everything was minimum $450 to come out and diagnosis it. I have no problem with paying someone for their time but seemed a little steep. I came across Eagle Air and gave them a call on a weekend. I spoke with peter who was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He said they were pretty busy but after he heard young kids in the background on the phone and knowing how hot it’s been, he told me, “you know what, let me move some things around and I’ll make it out to you in the next few hours” I was beyond impressed. peter checks out my unit and quickly identifies that the capacitor is the problem. Luckily, he had the part on his vehicle and changed it out. Cold air once again!!!!!! He did a thorough cleaning and inspection of all components as well, for over half the price of what these other companies were telling me!!!! I can’t thank him enough!!!! Not only did he fix it, on a weekend, charge a great price but he made a change in his schedule to help my family, that is how great business is done. Thank you so much Peter! Customer for life!
