After my house fire in August 2023, my insurance agent connected me with Allied Restoration (Tim Bauer in particular). From day 1, Allied held our hands through the process and kept us moving forward when we couldn’t. They sent an EMS team out that night to secure the property and photograph all our belongings. The next day, Noel Torres and Tracy Faucher met us at the house to set a plan. They were the bright light in a very dark time. Everyone has been beyond phenomenal and kind to us; and the whole team worked to get us what we deserve. Some additional shout-outs: Talia Mantilla, Michelle (contents), James McLendon, Stewart, and everyone else that worked on our home! THANK YOU!!!

I have had a great deal of experience with Allied Restoration being a Manager or many HOAs. They do great work, communicate extremely well, and are timely in their follow-up and scheduling which is critical when dealing with restoration projects. I highly recommend Allied, working with Christina & Betsy is awesome!

My experience with Allied was a very positive one after a water damage I had in my home. Beginning with Carlos then Edwin who oversaw all the repairs. Very courteous, polite and punctual , Thank you so much for your professionalism !

Allied is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. Every employee was extremely professional and courteous. They are meticulous- only removing parts that were damaged. They are neat and careful not to damage anything else.
I particularly liked that they send a daily summary of the work that was done , along with photos and what will be happening next. Awesome communication!

On the week of March 18th James came to my condo to assess our situation. As soon as I let him in I felt an instant ease. As we did the walk through I was telling him how badly things were going, he spoke to me with such kindness and every single one of his responses made me feel validated. He was the first person, other than Andy, to make me feel like my family and I actually matter in this chaos. Before he left he reassured me that the team that would be coming to take all of our stuff would make me feel the same way and boy was he correct. On March 25th Giuseppe, Lindsay and Carlos came, I was one week out from leaving on a family vacation and all my stuff was about to be removed. To say I was stressed and sad is an understatement, I was practically in tears before they got started and Giuseppe reassured me that they will do whatever it takes to make this process as smooth and stress free as possible. I literally couldn’t have asked for better humans to come into my home. I felt like I’ve know them for years, as they worked effortlessly they also brought so much joy. We laughed a lot, which was wonderful and my daughters loved them too. My little one was enamored by Lindsay and kept telling me how much she likes her. Carlos was such a joy to be around when handling all my Star Wars stuff, I got to nerd out about my lightsaber while he gave me tips on how to yield it better. Last but not least Giuseppe, what an incredible human, I felt like I’ve know him for years. Conversation came so naturally and he just brought so much comfort to such a crappy situation. I know this is a long review but I didn’t know how to express my gratitude without being so transparent. Whoever does your hiring should also get some kudos because 5 employees from your company have been in my life, my home and around my family and each and every one of them have been exceptional. There are so many more incidents these people have been incredible throughout this process but I’ll stop here. Thank you again Allied for providing an excellent team of employees. I would give ten stars if I could. Andy and Jason are who helped us address the reconstruction of our new home after water damage… and I couldn’t be more grateful. Communication was fast, construction happened immediately and efficiently, with impeccable results. Even after the job was done, attention (and plenty of patience) was graciously given regarding current and future maintenance advice so we can protect our new home. If ever the times comes that we have construction or renovation needs, we will certainly use Allied and request both these men’s expertise.

I have been working closely with Allied Restoration Services for the past 2 years with the major damage that was a result of a fire. I am the type of person that likes to know exactly whats going to be done and when it is going to be done and in working with Marlon M and his team I could not have asked for a better group of experts to work with me after the fire. In dealing with all the politics between HOA's and Insurance company's I felt I could trust Marlon and his honesty and integrity to be trustworthy when no one else was. Incredible team and perfect work! Edwin Lopez was the GC on this job and was incredibly communicative, fast, and kind. Truly such a pleasure to work with. He will not stop until your home looks perfect. Also, I was very impressed with his level of professionalism. He showed up on time, responded timely to texts, and was always available. I am very grateful to Edwin for making a usually painful process so easy and painless!!

Andy Worrel was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had water damage after our converted garage flooded during the winter rains. Allied arrived the next day and started the remedy process straight away. Andy helped dealing with the insurance and made sure we get the coverage we needed! He was very attentive and always available if we had any questions. His team was very professional and always on schedule. We cannot be thankful enough to Andy and his crew.

My experience with Allied Restoration has been great so far! Cristina, Andre and Teto have been very easy to work with. Cristina scheduled everything and if I had any questions she was there to help. I had water damage from a roof leak. Andre and Teto were always on time. Andre explained everything that they were going to do so no surprises which I appreciated. They were extremely neat and cleaned up at the close of each day. It was a very good experience!

Allied Restoration may be a bit pricey, but thanks to Marlon’s professionalism and clear communication, the process was stress-free and absolutely worth it. He and the team were transparent and genuinely helpful, making me feel valued rather than pressured. Highly recommend Allied Restoration, especially with Marlon on the team!

Had my downstairs family room flood thanks to my upstairs shower. Called Allied who responded quickly. The first Allied estimator came and seemed a bit disinterested but got the job done, for the most part - he apparently had one foot out the door at the time and left the company shortly after. Andy came in after and was an absolute pro. He always had a positive attitude which was insanely helpful during this stressful situation. All of the workers/subcontractors were professional, trustworthy, and left everything cleaner than how they found it.

Andy Worrel came out to do the inspection for our damaged wall in our industrial building and I was impressed with his knowledge, professional attitude, and was very nice as well. He also was very thorough in his inspection and he found more damage that nobody else had caught. Iam very happy with Andy and he was easy to communicate with as well. Andy responded to calls and emails right away, and was proactive as well.

Edwin from Allied restoration was great to work with! Being a property manager it is hard to come by great vendors and Edwin was fantastic! He was always on top of things, calling everytime there was a change that was being made to update me. Making sure I liked what they were installing, helping me pick out new doors and what not. The unit that they did was a burn unit. And had a lot of fire damage. Edwin was so professional, and was always so nice. The end result was fantastic!
