Soul Builders' team is quick, efficient, and detail-oriented. The work quality is excellent, and they take care of the client when any issue arises. After working with some very difficult contractors, the team at Soul Builders was a breath of fresh air. Organized and motivated to finish the job fast. I like that.

I personally would like to commend Soul Builders as an amazing construction company. Being as I own an architectural and structural engineering firm, we get a lot of clients that look to continue forward and work with a reputable builder. Yanay and Soul builders just finished to remodel our kitchen.

We had a great experience working with Einav and Soul Builders on a full bathroom renovation that included new plumbing, electrical and very precise tile work. We came in on budget and love the final result. We'll definitely be working with the team again!

yanay showed up in my house 2 months ago when I was looking to remodel my bathroom.
He understood my needs designed the bathroom as I wished in my vision.

We had a great experience with Soulbuilders! We hired them to convert our garage into a 400 square foot square foot ADU. Eniv and his crew were great to work with - Eniv provided us with great and practical ideas, his crew was always on time and cleaned up every day before they left. The project was on time and on budget. People talk about the nightmares they've had with contractors - our experience was the opposite - it was an excellent experience and the ADU is beautiful and exceeded our expectations! We’ve just signed contract with Soul Builders for our ADU but I have to write about our experience so far since it absolutely outstanding!
We’ve called 5 companies that visited our property and estimated and proposed and ADU .
Einav was the last one to come and he brought such a unique perspective.
He have built on the spot a finances plan , proposed a concept that see a lot of elements we didn’t even think about !
You have created investment analysis report you showed us the real estate trend in our area and what is gonna bring our max value out of the ADU, max rent , how to not “over build” , advised on the flow of the property and the nature of the tenants that will live at the property .
Ultimately, the concept was for our budget and what we are willing to invest !
This is really not well expected when I called the contractor and I’m blessed to start the process with Soul Builders !

Einav is very responsive and responsible, very honest and funny.
His team built staircase and loft out of our attic (never thought about it before he suggested this idea) and it came out amazing! In love with the staircase.

Salva (the PM) was at our house everyday answers for every question we had came in within an hour.

Sure we will use Soul Builders again in the next project.

We found termite damage in a load bearing column that supports our converted garage. Soul Builders was doing some work up the street at a neighbors property so we called and spoke to Yehuda (who was awesome). He provided a range of options for fixing the post and different design ideas. They completed the work quickly, just in time for us to host Thanksgiving. Awesome work, highly recommend!

Wow! We couldn’t be more impressed with Soul Builders. They did an amazing job on our ADU — it’s beautiful, high-quality, and was completed right on time. I've called Soul Builders to check on ADU possibilities for my property , Einav was very quick to respond and set up a meeting. He advised on the options and suggested to do planning first (unlike other vendors that offered what they think is right for me without looking into other parameters).

So we've started the planning and Einav is very responsive , providing investment analysis and optional concepts so we can make our mind for the best way to go . We've connected with their broker that providing us with loan options.

I got to say I didn't expect a builder to provide a lot of real estate and financial perspective and im stocked working with Soul , Einav and his team .

We are in the OC area so we had the pleasure of working with Tom. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, but we loved how transparent and up front and how easy it was to work with them. They were always available to work with our schedule and did a great job being responsive and going back and forth with us throughout the whole project.
