FANTASTIC every step of the way!!
Stop running yourself ragged calling electricians, heating and air companies, running around trying to permit each and every different job and contractor!

CRAIG will do it all! Craig was fantastic! He will take care of everything you need! Always a call or text away! Speaking of calling and texting, did I mention Craig is the PRESIDENT and CEO of HVAC CONSULTING SOLUTIONS INC?! When has there been a time or company that you would even talk to the president and CEO Never! This president and ceo actually calls, texts, shows up on the job everyday to make sure you are happy and everything is running smoothly. I even noticed Craig helping the guys sweep up to keep it clean as jobs progressed. A PRESIDENT AND CEO sweeping! They will do it all for you!

I highly recommend Craig and his team if you are in need of a new HVAC system. Right from the start, everyone at the company was extremely helpful, communicative and friendly. They presented me with a number of options that would be right for my situation and everyone was easily available when I wanted to talk things over. The install of our new system went very smooth and has made a huge difference in cooling our house over the summer. Highest marks for HVAC Consulting Solutions!

I am BLOWN away by the amazing customer service and compassion of this company.
Long story short we had another company install a brand new unit and shortly after it was apparent that they cut corners.
It was over 90 degrees out and the AC abruptly stopped working. The company who installed the until was no where to be found and would not return calls for days.
Desperate, we called a ton of companies and the only one who seemed to care was HVAC Consulting solutions. Traci was so understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond to get a technician out same day to assist us.
I will never use another HVAC company besides HVAC Consulting Solutions again!
