Recently my 16 year old water heater started leaking from the bottom of the tank. Time for a new one, at least it happened after the Holidays. After a few Quotes, I decided to go with Jay's Water Heating Repair. The tech came out and gave quote and explained everything in full detail, including warranty etc. In transparency, all suppliers that quoted were pretty thorough in what they would do, but Jay's Water Heating Repair quote came in slightly better and I liked the brand of Heater they would use – I did research that point. I scheduled an appt. and the tech came out to install the heater, he arrived exactly when he said he would. He did a very thorough job and tested everything, he even added a sediment trap and insulated the hot and cold lines. He took the time to walk through everything with me and explained how to shut off in emergency, startup sequence, everything. Really Good job overall and done in about 2 hours. Well done!
