Chris was amazing with his professional customer service and did great unclogging our lines.

I must admit that I rarely post reviews, either negative or positive, however I feel compelled to post one based on my experience with Champion plumbing.
My kitchen faucet broke over the weekend. I called Champion to fix it. When they arrived I was advised that besides the faucet there was a problem under the granite. I was shown that there was a leak caused by a bad seal on the faucet that had literally rotted the wood under the granite. Everything was unstable and crumbling.
Their representative who was very knowledgeable and competent advised me that they could lift up the granite, redo and replace the structural wood underneath and then redo and reseal the granite, before replacing the faucet. The work was done very professionally and expeditiously and turned out looking great. I can’t even notice where any repairs were made and the new faucet is solid as a rock.
In today’s society where customer service is sorely lacking it is so refreshing to encounter a company that goes above and beyond in completing a protect. I would recommend Champion highly to any prospective person in need of plumbing help, either large or small.

I have used Granger several times over the years. Always been delighted with his workmanship. My copper repiping was done over ten years ago and it has worked great with no issues. He just replaced my water heater which went bad just before my daughter’s wedding. Granger changed it at short notice which was greatly appreciated by my wedding guests. We have used Champion Plumbing for many years because they do a good job. Granger and his team are consummate professionals. They bring their knowledge and expertise to every job.

I called Granger, very late one Thursday afternoon, about a severely clogged pipe leading from my house. He came out the next morning to assess the problem. He and his crew began excavating my front yard on Saturday morning. They replaced the damaged pipe, and finished filling in the huge hole remarkably quickly. I was only without water for a few hours, while the new pipe was actually being installed. He made what could have been a very uncomfortable situation very tolerable. I should add that he and his crew are Incredibly efficient, very professional, and very friendly. His price was very fair, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a serious plumbing problem. He is absolutely first rate.

We hired Champion Plumbing to replace a broken undermount sink in our bathroom because they were recommended to us by a family member. We came back from vacation to a broken toilet (water didn’t fill up anymore). We called Champion Plumbing and Granger was able to book us for a new toilet install, for the very next day. They were on time, in the time frame they had promised. Murray did a wonderful job installing the new toilet, very professional and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable, too.

From the very start, Erwin had great communication. He gave me a time of arrival and was there on time.
From the moment Erwin and his partner arrived, they were very professional and ready to solve the clogged sewage problem. They ran a drain snake and then they ran a full camera inspection, found another issue with major roots growing into the drain sewage, they immediately made me aware of the problem with footage. Erwin notified me what was needed to solve the issue and immediately got to work. They cut through the roots and cleared the sewage roots.

Before Erwin left he gave me professional tips on how to keep the drain pipe clear from roots and avoid any further sewage issues.
