The staff member claimed they had availability between 12pm and 4pm, so I agreed to the time slot. But then she informed me that the price would be $190, which is significantly higher than what I was quoted initially.

When I asked why the price difference, she seemed genuinely confused and said she didn't know. It wasn't until I pressed her on the pricing discrepancy that she abruptly told me they no longer had any available appointments. The whole experience felt like a waste of my time.
