Extremely efficient! They saved me tons on my water bill. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Equipment was fine but the installation was so poorly done it had to be taken out of the ground, which was not properly prepared prior to the installation, leveled and made stable, and then have the whole thing put back together. Save yourself the Time money and frustration, just go somewhere else.

would not recommend. Quoted a price, which i accepted and gave up the job after they started because they found it too hard. Waste of time and not trustworthy.

Set up an appointment on Friday for Saturday 11am. I called to confirm Saturday at 10am that they will be there at 11 and they said yes. Waited 1hr and 30min on a Saturday!! No CALL NO SHOW!! Something so simple as that is a RED FLAG!! BEWARE!!! Unprofessional, lack of commitment and would not trust the work they do or let alone a reasonable price!

I had setup an appointment at 7 AM on Tuesday and got a call the night before to reschedule it. I rescheduled it to 7 AM the next day and after having driven to the site of repair (since it was a commercial site where I needed help) for 30 mins and waiting for another hour, not a single call was returned. Totally incompetent and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

The soil compost was spread with a shovel,leaving an uneven spread with new grass not being able to grow from the thick soil placement. I called and they said they would send someone to fix this which they never did.

Great job done. Eddie and Crew were very attentive. Did a very thorough job upgrading my entire system on a 1/2 acre. Replacing and restructuring the existing system. Worth the money. Recommend them highly.

Aerations Plus was great and I really appreciated their honesty and thoroughness with work on my new home. They gave me a ton of great suggestions to save money and to make the yard look beautiful. They were punctual and efficient. 5 stars

Don’t waste your time searching for sprinkler repair people. Joel is a one stop. Can’t imagine anyone better in the Los Angeles. Great service, terrific price. Can’t do better than that.

Joel and his team fixed my irrigation system quickly and did such a great job! I called on Saturday evening and they were at my place on Sunday morning. The service was excellent, and my grass looks great! Thanks guys

I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Eddie Ibarra arrived early. Eddie was polite and professional. I was provided a quote and the broken plastic water pipe was repaired in an hour.

I got help with my sprinkler leak the very next day. And the price is honest. I would definitely recommend Aerations plus sprinkler repair Los Angeles.

Made the appointment with Joel. Seems he’s super busy. Was to be Friday then called me and changed to 7am Thursday. My husband was up at 6:30 am to turn off alarm and waited. 3.5 hrs later no show, no phone call, 0. Total disrespect for other people’s time. I called at 10 am, after my husband stormed off late to work, and Joel said he “forgot”. I said ok, well no thanks my husband doesn’t want you and Joel just hung up. No sorry or anything. After doing landscaping for a year and having people constantly flake for every reason: forgot, car accident, car won’t start, deaths in family, wrong address, Mc Donald’s line long, aliens invaded their block…this is not the way to gain trust or treat a new client. Pass.

Jairo and Joel are cool guys, great to work with, and worked together to tune up my sprinkler systems ( 2, front & back ). These guys showed me that if your system covers your lawn evenly and completely, you will grow a beautiful, which I now have

I am a company owner myself. So, I know how potential customers should be treated. After requesting an estimate for some sprinkler work for my yard, I was contacted on Thursday morning by a guy named Johnny. He seemed polite and scheduled an appointment for an estimate at 4:pm the same day. At 4:45pm I called him back to ask why his gut never showed up and never called. He apologized and said he would make sure that a guy shows up on Friday at noon. Well, I called him at approximately 3:20pm to let him know that his guy didn't show, and once again didn't even bother to call. He immediately tried to set a new appointment. I told him don't bother, I will be posting a review to reflect my disappointment. If you value your time and don't want to waste it. I recommend that you look elsewhere for your landscaping and sprinkler installation services.

Joel put up a good front. Said and did all the right things to get my business; once the project was awarded the sincerity and professionalism ended.

He called me the Friday before the project was scheduled to begin to ask if his guys could start NOW. I told him I would call him right back, just wanted to confer with my husband. Just a few minutes later and not only would he not answer the phone; but later I found out that he didn't wait for my call and sent his crew to another job.

Later that day he called to tell me one of the guys that was to work on my project was in a car accident, so he wasn't sure if he'd be back to work the following week - I never heard from Joel again!!

Very unprofessional!! Will say what you want to hear to get the work, but then his true business ethics shine through. So sad.

I contacted Angie’s list for someone to repair a sprinkler valve. On the phone he was on the spot and he got there at 8:00 AM when my sprinklers were running. After stalling and acting mysterious calling the main office I was informed that their minimum trip charge was $500. This job is under $200. I negotiated a slightly lower price but it was totally a rip off. I still haven’t gotten a invoice or receipt for the work they did which was about 10 minutes of work.

Not one to usually write reviews... but when a company like Aerations Plus comes out and goes above and beyond I feel it's my responsibility to to let others know - especially seeing there are so many crooks and companies more concerned with squeezing their customers for a buck than they are about quality and honest service these days.

With that said, we had leaks/issues with our 10yr old sprinkler system and it wasn’t working properly. With a system that old we were expecting the worst… replacing the old system with a new one. We've had contractors over to look at the system and their quotes/recommendation was always to replace the whole system vs coming up with a solution.

After being burned so many times with outside recommendations, we decided to roll the dice and go on Home Advisor…. that's how I found Aerations Plus.

After filling out the form we were immediately contacted by Venessa who was great and set up a service call for the next day.

That morning I was met by Israel who did a thorough walk through of the property and said he would get back to us within one hour with an estimate..

Right on time -- about an hour later -- we got a call from Joel who was amazing (felt like I knew this guy forever). Super cool guy very honest and straightforward -even worked with us on the price.

We agreed on a quote and within a few hours -- the team was back on the property getting to work. They went through and fixed the leaks, overhauled all the sprinkler heads, fixed two broken pipes which we had no idea were leaking (which was running up our water bill), they installed a new pressure regulator, fixed the drip system etc etc.

All in all it was a pleasant surprise to have a company show up and not only do the job for a fair price, but their professionalism and honesty was a welcome change to the clowns we've had to show up here!

Can't recommend Aerations Plus enough!
