My experience was wonderful! Tashman's Staff are very friendly and helpful! They will help you find what you need and give helpful suggestions if needed, hard to find that kind of help these days. I have been purchasing from them for years and they carry diverse products to help you with almost everything you will need.

Tashmen were very efficient friendly and well priced.. there product was exceptional as were the team that did the installation!! I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone needing doors or any kind of service they provide, I was very impressed by this team !!

If you live anywhere near this hardware store you are lucky. They have a great selection and can typically order anything that they don't have in stock. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There is a parking area in the back although it is tight and limited and sometimes easier to park either on Genesee or on Santa Monica when possible.

Tashman's did a fantastic job installing a weather- and sound-proof patio door in our condominium, and also two 10' rolling/folding doors to our bedrooms. Service was excellent and we are extremely happy with the outcome.

Man this place is awesome! Tucked away off of Santa Monica blvd is the best hardware store in the Beverly Hills/WeHo area. I went for my first time yesterday to pick up some pest killing sprays and ended up buying a Weber Grill for almost 30% off! On top of that there was a little misunderstanding with the total initially and they threw in a free $20 bag of Traeger wood pellets for the trouble. -There was no trouble at all!

They definitely gained a loyal customer yesterday and you should definitely check this out before going to Koontz or all the way to Home Depot or Lowes.

I have had several shower doors replaced with clear glass, excellent service, and quality. Also, screen doors, and purchased many items in the hardware department, quality service, scheduling and follow up. Will always recommend Tashman's for glass and doors and hardware. rae

It’s a mom and pop shop they personally help you and are very knowledgeable of what they have in stock they also carry vintage products.

I have been dealing with Tashman Hardware for many years. I always receive excellent service. The people who work at the store are always responsive and are helpful. It’s a family owned business and provides personal service.

Seriously worst customer service I’ve came across. I was a loyal customer until today. Also learned that driving 5min from this location you find Anawalt Lumber where everything is much cheaper . Just for same kind heater they charge $12 more . One of the guys there I believe Anthony ((African American and I only mention this so the owner know who it was) was basically bully ! Same on you guys

This is not a woman friendly store. Besides the older gentlemen looking my partner and I up and down and trying to flirt with us, he also had a loud conversation with another customer while rating different ethnicities of women. Ok dude, get some tact and realize u live in a diverse world of people who need hardware supplies. You are a ZERO by the way.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

To be a small business during the pandemic you would think the customer service would be top notch. Unfortunately that is not the case. The manager at this location was incredibly rude to me and ignored me when I tried to ask for assistance. He then pointed to the back at one of his employees instead of acknowledging my existence. I will never step foot in this store again. If it doesn’t last through the pandemic you’ll know why.

Very experienced staff with tons of inventory. Customized attention by true professionals in an area where its not easy to find products that Tashman's offers. The owner Kenny is a very hard working man as well as his staff and team.

Every time I call or come in person, I am immediately reminded of how much I regret the experience afterwards.

Terrible attitudes from the staff... as if they don’t want the business. Extremely rude, defensive (for no reason) and unhelpful. Because it’s a general vibe within the store, I imagine this is the culture management has created and maintained.

I always try to support small businesses but there’s absolutely no way I’m coming back here again... even if it is conveniently located a few blocks from me.

Tashman's has been #1 for screens for years -- also had good experience with a couple of window replacements in the past. Recently had new slider screens done -- they are fantastic and so much better than the original ones that came with the sliders. The service is excellent and prompt

Maybe I have low standards from years of going to larger stores, but I had a perfect experience today and will only shop here from now on. 4 employees were working and the store was busy, but we were offered help without having to seek them out. They were knowledgeable and friendly and it was clearly a place that really cares about its customers. Thanks for your help!

A good place to purchase hardware and tools.
My door hardware order arrived on time and
when I opened the packages there were no
disappointing surprises. A lot easier than
Home Depot and at the same price or less.

What a wonderful store - like stepping back in time where courtesy was extended to all. I went there to discuss my insurance agency in the WEHO area and Kenny was very gracious in talking to me and I was not even there to buy anything. My husband is a GC and he knows and likes this store. I wonder if they decorate for Christmas and that takes you back in time too. I will have to check it out! But I will be back there before then, something always needs fixing at my house. If they do not have it in stock - you do not need it.

The Tashman team was recommended to us from friends. We have a large cathedral window in the back room and were getting estimates that were off the charts. Kenny came in on budget, on time and his crew was fast and wonderful to be around. We can now check that one "off the list." Thanks to all at Tashman.

The people there, are very knowledgable and helpful. They've been in business a long time and it shows. I had someone give me an estimate on a window and he couldn't have been nicer. Nice old world type of hardware store, support them. They're aren't too many of them anymore.

I have been a customer at Tashman since 1988 - it is one of the truly family run places around. They will work hard to serve you. We have had many many jobs completed by Tashman including commercial door installation and apartment building closet door installations and sliding glass door service and bath enclosure installation.

Great local hardware store. I've been coming here for years and every time I have a DIY home improvement conundrum, the employees are always very willing to help me figure out the best route to go in order to complete the project. Fair prices and friendly staff.
