I’ve used LCM Construction Services Inc. for multiple projects now, most recently a master bathroom remodel. Lando is a rare find in this industry—he is hardworking and ensures everything is done to a high standard. He doesn’t take shortcuts and genuinely cares that you are satisfied with the final result. I have high standards and expectations for contractors and LCM met them.

My advice for future clients: To get the most out of the experience, do your homework and know exactly what you want before starting. Lando is great at executing your vision, but stay engaged! We communicated every day and checked the progress daily to ensure everything stayed on track. With a little prep on your end, Lando and his amazing team (shout out to Veronica and Lebo!) will deliver a stunning result.

Lando Matthews provides top notch work, talks you through all the processes involved and you end up with a great looking space that others will rave about and you will be fully pleased with.

Lando installed our office door which included trimming part of the wall, painting, installing the trim and frame, and reinstalling the baseboards. His work was impeccable. He was very professional, paid attention to detail, and communicated well throughout the process. We can't wait to use him again for our other house projects!

Never did he overcharge or increase costs. He and his company are perfectionists and he’s not happy unless every single thing is perfect. We just had him paint the outside of our house and redo our porch and it’s perfect. I can’t say enough good things about Lando and his company. I recently had the pleasure of working with LCM Construction Services, and I can't praise them enough! When I encountered some unexpected plumbing issues at home, it quickly turned into a bit of a nightmare. We couldn’t be happier with our two bathroom remodels, thanks to Lando and his incredible team. As part of this project, we re-plumbed our entire 1961 home, remodeled two bathrooms that shared a wall, and even reconfigured part of a hallway closet to make one space larger. You’d never know such major work happened from the outside—it’s seamless.

My husband and I have very different styles (one bathroom is a creative tiki bar paradise with wild wallpaper, the other a sleek West Elm-inspired midcentury space), and Lando was incredibly patient and accommodating of both visions.
