Thank you all for making the WRONG, RIGHT!. A shout out to West Sac, our home town! Thank you, SCOTT Cobb, it was a pleasure talking with you to help me finish the last details. Water damage mitigation and cleanup was quick, demolition of affected areas was completed in a very clean manner. Everyone we dealt with was great!

Chris, Jesse, Carlos and Efron are the gentlemen I spoke with about the job but the entire crew was professional, friendly and from what I could tell, treated my belongings very carefully.

The company and project manager were a pleasure to work. They did amazing work and were very informative throughout the project.

RMC was doing OK until they damaged a piece of furniture. I informed them of the damage at the time of the damage, followed by emails, and phone calls. They lied re having photographs proving they weren't responsible. When I asked for the photos...there were none. They never came out to view the damage and subsequently tried to ignore the problem. I emailed the President/Manager....no response. Currently, 2 months after causing the damage, they have done nothing to either examine nor rectify the problem!!!

Tiffany, the project manager was very professional and responsive to our requests. The whole team was easy to work with, definitely a 5 star review, highly recommend to anyone who needs mitigation service!!!
