Definitely, I would recommend anyone who wants a patio done to their backyard. I just had mine done 16x20 Duralum and it looks awesome.. I had 4 quotes and reason I gone with Dmitriy was because he was detail and honest on some of the things he pointed out that other companies didn’t even mentioned. And for pricing, his was the lowest by far. So it was easy for me to choose EXTerior Improvement Inc for my backyard patio. They did a terrific job, I’m very happy with the quality, price and nicer look to my backyard.

I received 4 quotes from different companies and independent contractors. I initially went with exterior improvements because they were able to accommodate all our needs, so we did not have to piece out each project separately. The process was easy, we signed out contract, made our payment and they were able to start immediately!

The best part was I did not have to be present the entire time during the construction, which made things easier for me. Prior to construction, Dmitriy discussed every detail of the project with us. He was very knowledgeable, honest and professional. His workers were hard working, quick, friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them about their work. We wanted an A-frame patio that was an extension to our home. Dimitry did an absolutely fabulous job. He was great at communicating and answering our questions. We had a fantastic experience getting our patio cover with Exterior Improvement and would 100% recommend for any outdoor projects. The whole process was so easy and smooth. Dimitri came to measure our patio and gave us different options with quotes the same day. He is super friendly, professional, and has great costumer service! We wanted the patio cover to be attached to the house on two sides and sealed around the chimney, and Dimitri was the only one (out of 3 companies we got quotes from) who was able to do that. The installation only took 2 days, and our patio cover looks amazing with the LED lights/ fan controlled by an exterior switch with dimmer. Couldn't be happier with the results. If you are considering getting a patio cover definitely going with this company!

October 2024 installation review: Dimitri and his team did an excellent job with our backyard patio. We had about a dozen people come to provide competing quotes and Dimitri's service and prices were better than everyone. Dimitri took the time to answer questions, answer follow up calls, and was happy to offer competing quotes. He also explained the difference between isolated and non-insulated patios. HINT: GO WITH THE ISOLATED PATIO! If you need a patio installed, don't waste your time looking anywhere else and contract with Exterior Improvement asap!
