The repairman showed up a little early. He was very nice. He found the trouble with my AC unit was just a burnt wire. He fixed it and left in under 40 minutes. I was very impressed and would recommend Harris Air to all my friends and family.

Our unit went out late in the afternoon on a Sunday. We decided to look for someone local to West Sac, and called Harris Air early Monday morning. Trent from Harris Air was here within just a few hours. Trent was great at explaining what happened and had the unit up and running in no time. We were also pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive the repair was. We will definitely continue to use Harris Air for any future maintenance needs we have for my heating and air. We highly recommend this company.

My tech Trent was so patient with me trying
to explain to him what I was experiencing
with my heater. He listened to me and
checked out my unit for anything that could
be causing what I was experiencing with
my unit. He went above and beyond to help
me out. Also, he was 2 hours earlier than
my appointment time. Definitely would call on Harris Air next time.
