Sonny, the service technician, showed up on time, was very professional and answered my questions. Did a very thorough check. Highly recommend using if you have problems with leaking pool. Had Bullseye come back and make repairs. Cody, their plumber, did a great job. Very professional, completed work when he said he would, patient with my questions, kept work area clean for the two days he was here. Highly recommend Bullseye for pool leak and plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with Bullseye Leak Detection. Daniel showed up to my house and got to work fixing a pipe in my attic that had a pinhole leak. He was in and out in a little over an hour. He explained what he was doing as he went along. Then checked his repair with air first (less clean up if there were still leaks) and then again with water turned on. He gave me a few recommendations on other fixtures that should be replaced such as spigots and valves/lines. He even explained why the leak happened in the first place and showed it to me. He gave me the removed piece of pipe for the insurance people. I would definitely recommend Bullseye Leak Detection. Great service, great attention to detail and professional in all ways. Thank you.

Called “Bullseye Leak” for urgent maintenance on main water-line. They not only worked me into their busy Fri schedule, but Max professionally replaced the non-functioning house shutoff value. He provided high res photos of all the completed work as well. I have no doubt I will pass the scrutiny of the Davis City Permit. Outstanding!

So nice to know that businesses still exist with moral integrity & impeccable customer service. After 2 weeks of having my gas shut off with no luck from other companies to find the leak & being told I would need to replace all my gas lines ($$$), the owner came to complete a walkthrough & thoroughly explained how they would be taking all efforts to locate my gas leak. The next day the technician, Steven, found my leak & repaired it within 2 hrs! Great guys, great company. I will be referring anyone with leaks issues to them.

Daniel was efficient and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Detected the leak issue right away and even took time and gave me with additional info on my pool pump system. The construction crew led by Michael Montes did a wonderful job fixing my hot water pipes. They were very quiet and stuck to their task did an excellent job batching up and cleaning up afterwards. My hot water is working great and I couldn't be more pleased. I really liked how the crew interacted with each other very respectful. I would definitely come back to Bullseye for every plumbing issue I might have in the future.

I hadn’t worked with this company before, and while it was initially tricky to get a hold of someone (they advised they were in the process of training and hiring new phone operators, so this should be much improved by now), I’m glad I was patient and not in an emergency situation.

The owner Daniel came out to help us determine where our private sewer lines were as well as let us know how they were looking. Daniel was not only very professional, but efficient and incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions, even those not related to the job. He informed me we likely have an old septic tank with a concrete cap, and that was why the tree we had cut down was still trying to come back.

I’d call them again for any leak detection work again in an instant! Also, friendly reminder that if you’re home and have people coming over for a service, always consider offering them water or coffee if available. They work hard and it’s the least we can do!

It’s so nice to have real professionals handling my leak problem. I was terrified when I found out I had a hidden leak at my house. Sonny knows what he was doing and was able to give me a clear idea of what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He was able to give me an appointment to do the work within a couple days. Once he and his crew started the job they found that the problem was a pipe that went nowhere installed by who knows who. They fixed it that same day and the final price was less than half of what was originally quoted. I can’t recommend Bull’s Eye Leak Detection highly enough.

I had high expectations for Bullseye Leak Detection based on their reputation and the fact that my son-in-law, as well as my nephew who both own their respectable and lucrative businesses, referred me to them as they do all their customers but unfortunately, my experience fell short. I encountered a job that I felt was poorly done; however, the service technicians that fixed my leaking pipe in my driveway were EXCEEDINGLY kind and respectful and in today’s world that is hard to come by. My main issue is with their office staff; their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On August 13, 2025, when the service technician completed his job, he informed me what the cost would be, I tried to pay him via credit card however, he was having issues with his machine, so I paid by check. Unfortunately, after the technician left the patched areas in my driveway cracking because mortar was used so another service technician came out on 8/20/25 and tore out the mortar and filled the holes with concrete. When he completed the job, he asked if I had paid yet and I said yes, I gave a check to the first customer service technician that came out on 8/13/20205. I called the office on 8/21/2025 and spoke with Shyanne and asked when I would receive my report and receipt, she said I would receive it within the hour well-low and behold I did not. I called back on 8/22/2025, requesting to speak with the office manager, I was told the manager Lexi was in a meeting and would call me ack, however instead of calling me back I was emailed an invoice stating once their office receives my payment, they would send me a complete report of their technicians findings. I emailed her back on 8/22/2025, asking to speak with her regarding this issue as I had paid the technician by check 3-weeks ago. As of today, August 25, 2025, I have not heard back from Bullseye regarding where the check I submitted on August 13, 2025, is. Why would I make another payment when the service technician accepted my check on 8/13/2025???

Wanted to make sure everything was in working order before our year warranty from our pool builder was up. Turned out everything was great.

Trevor was very professional and thorough. He labeled the pipes on our pool pump and explained how the system works. He found the leak in our pipe and properly labeled it for an easy repair. Highly recommend Bullseye and Trevor.
