I felt unheard and employees lied about issues regarding work that was done and refused to complete the job..horrible stecco job on my ceiling company would not stand by quality turned it all around as being my additude..refused to complete the job..I still have a piece of my wall where the paint was ripped off while pealing off tape they refuse to complete the job..bad customer support would not recommend this company.would not send anyone out to check quality of repair..I asked several times on a text and got back I was bullying them? All kinds of accusations so they wouldn't have to fix what they did..why would they refuse to send someone to look? I did ask for a different vendor but they sent Conejo Construction.

Instead of just doing a quick repair, he explained why my AC was struggling and gave me maintenance tips to prevent future issues. We signed up for their maintenance agreement and had the technician come out to inspect our A/C system before the summer months arrive. Joaquin arrived at between the agreed upon time window. He was very friendly and professional during the visit. He performed the inspection and the prescribed maintenance according to the agreement. He advised me of suggested corrections so we can maximize the performance of the system. He noted his suggestions on the invoice and sent it to the office so they can provide an estimate to perform the suggested work. Joaquin explained what he was doing during the service call so that I understood what he was doing. Joaquin was very professional and courteous during his visit. I highly recommend using their service for your A/C and heating needs. We were very happy with their service.

I had a great experience with Joaquin from Calypso Heating & Air. He was very honest and answered all my questions regarding my AC unit. He cleaned out my filter and added coolant which helped lower the temperature and he gave me good tips on how to keep the unit working properly. He has a very positive attitude and was very personable.

I also really liked that the company called me in advance to make sure I would be home, I had to take my son to physical therapy and they were able to accommodate me after. I am very thankful that my house feels cool and comfortable during this heatwave. I would definitely recommend this company it’s wonderful to support a local business that does so much for the community!!

Poor service, I wouldn't recommend!
