I will never go anywhere else for anything plumbing! Gallegos is amazing!
From the person who answered my phone call, to Mark that came and installed my new water heater, the interactions are friendly, honest, and straightforward.
The service provided was smooth and easy. They gave me an immediate appointment opportunity, and then followed up with textand email to confirm.
Upon arriving, Mark introduced himself and let me know what to expect every step along the way. He was respectful and kind, and absolutely knew what he was doing, which made me trust this company even more.
10/10 recommend!

Service technician George arrived within the window given. He informed us that unfortunately he was not able to view the videos we sent in. However, he quickly examined our issue and knew what he had to do. He quickly brought out his half-inch portable 100 ft. snake and ran the entire length thru the clean-out. At 1st, it seemed to not have any effect; water was still stuck. But after more snake movement attempt at the clean out, water started to flow. George did offer us some advise regarding other services that Gallegos plumbing offers given the age of our home and old pipes. We will be calling to set up appointment. George was very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. He left us with a good sense of comfort. Thank you for getting us out of a clogged situation with out toilet and tub/shower situation. We are repeat customers and will continue coming back.

This is the only plumber I will be calling ever again! I got 3 quotes this morning to help with my kitchen sink back up. Not only was Gallegos the lowest priced BY FAR, but their team was the most transparent, upfront and honest, and knowledgeable. The plumber Jorge took care of us and went the extra mile.

Gallegos Plumbing replaced our gas water heater when our old one unexpectedly broke overnight. They’re really responsive and always answer the phone. Courteous scheduler and plumbing technician. They were both so friendly and fast and replaced the water heater same day. We would absolutely use them again if it’s a plumbing issue we can’t handle ourselves. It was pricey, but so are all plumber visits (we called around, Gallegos quoted a fine price). 10/10 would recommend!

Mallory was very helpful with all our questions and was efficient in coordinating a service tech to come out. Paco was our service tech and was very knowledgeable in some of the issues we were having. Nick was able to figure out the last issue with our tankless water heater and got everything working like it should. Mallory, Paco and Nick were awesome to work with and I would highly recommend Gallegos Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

From start to finish my technician Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helped me look for the best and most cost effective way to address and fix my plumbing leak. I’ve been working with Gallegos plumbing for about 20 years and today Richard came over sweetest little guy 22 years old three generations of Plumbing background and works for Mark Gallegos at Gallegos plumbing he was professional so caring so sweet. I was so impressed. Yeah very impressed anyway highly recommend Gallegos Plumbing. I’ve worked with them forever like I told you do not hesitate to call them.

Oscar and Fernando rerouted the hot and cold lines to our guest bathroom to solve a slab leak we had in our new home. Jordan also performed leak detection for us and gave us a fair price that was well below other quotes we'd received.

All three of them were efficient, communicative, and very professional. We no longer have a leak and the work was done well. I'd recommend Gallegos again.

I called Gallegos Plumbing today because my water bill reflected that I had a continuous water leak causing my bill to double. When I called Gallegos Plumbing they had a leak detection technician here within an hour.

Jordan was able to find the main line leak, had a solution to reroute and replace the main line away from the large tree roots that caused the problem and scheduled the repair for tomorrow, Saturday.

Gallegos Plumbing always has a quick response, helpful and polite customer service office staff, knowledgeable technicians, reasonable prices, and reliable service.

In the two years I’ve called them for service they have cleared drains, replaced my water heater and replaced my whole house water filtration system.

Slow drain in master bathroom sink and shower was quickly resolved and also snaked the kitchen sink line and advised on incorrect plumbing part, possibly contributing to my back flow problem when running the garage disposal

They showed up on time and were able to adjust the setting in my instant water heaters so they worked properly. Also figured out what was going on with my shower temperatures quickly and get it resolved. Everything was done within an hour. Would recommend.

There was a little confusion with my online appointment request that never resulted in an appointment (just call instead). But when the plumber (Oscar) arrived, he was very helpful. He diagnosed problems with my home pressure regulator and my water heater. He provided reasonable quotes for the work and both jobs got done to my satisfaction. Oscar did a great job installing the tankless water heater. It didn’t quite provide hot water as fast as I expected, but Oscar came out, and improved the situation without charging. He even followed up with a phone call after a few days to be sure my expectations were met. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I will keep Gallegos Plumbing as my plumber.

Richard works diligently, thoroughly, and, with excellent communication to accurately diagnose what is wrong with our plumbing issues. His careful process of removing needed elements (clean out covers, toilets, etc) of the house demonstrated his clear mastery of the plumbing needs associated with a functioning home. He let us know his process and subsequent results, as he worked, ensuring we understood the scope of the issues. He filmed underground pipes with commentary about what was being shown giving us confidence of his skills. His follow up report, including visuals, was delivered in a timely manner helping us to set up next steps for repair. Richard is an excellent technician with a kind and communicative demeanor. We could not be happier to work with him. He is a talented plumber!! Gallegos office staff has been very helpful and prompt with requests as well. Great company with great people!!

First of all, Customer Service from Julie is very professional and efficient. She was able to get someone to the house within one day. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Richie who came to the house to help with the clogged toilet. He also quickly double-checked both of our shower drains and helped loosen/remove the screws on the decorative metal plate over the shower drains that were stuck. Gave us some good advice about drain maintenance and how to unclog the toilet in the future if we wanted to try it on our own.

If I could give them 20 stars I would! Everyone I’ve had contact with has been so polite and proactive. They were able to solve a huge problem in a minimal amount of time and they worked very clean and diligently. The communication was great. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate their quick and efficient work.
