It’s December 23rd and my mom’s dryer went out. At 6:15 tonight I messaged Elijah and explained the problem. He contacted me back immediately and said he could be there between 7:30 and 8:30. He messaged me an ETA when he was about 20 minutes away, and arrived before 8:00. The dryer was taken apart, evaluated, fixed, and put back together in about 30 minutes. Fantastic - Elijah saved Christmas!
Everything exceeded expectations: communication, promptness, explained the problem, fixed the problem, and a VERY reasonable fee. Definitely recommend Alva Appliance Repair!
