I hired ROC to install a manual transfer switch for a portable generator backup, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent — Fernando was quick to respond and clear about the scope and pricing, which was very competitive.
The job was completed on time and done cleanly and professionally. Even more importantly, when I noticed an issue after the install, he showed up promptly and fixed it without hesitation. That kind of accountability is rare these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again
