Damien was fantastic . Showed up when he said he would. He took the time to walk around the house and see the issues we were having . He diagnosis our issues, and made some great suggestions on how make things better. I highly recommend you calling out Damien for any of your electrical issues.

Called power pro they came out right away and trouble shoot my electric problem. They gave me a written estimate and we proceeded with the work. They didn't try to up sell me, unlike a couple of other quotes I got . Very happy with the work. Would recommend them to family and friends.

My schedule is so hectic. My sister helps me with a lot of business. We discovered, we were dealing with two different people that said they were the owner of Power Pro.

I was talking to someone that I thought was the owner of Power Pro Electric and the man that came to my house that my sister seen said he was the owner of Power Pro Electric and both had the same name. It ended up being two different people.Now my question is who am I really dealing with? The owner was suppose to meet me face to face at my house and he stood me up two times. He apologize but his excuses was lame and it never really seemed sincere.

Finally, Its time to sign the contract and read over and it. He (the owner) emailed it to me, the contract was as big as a label that you would put on a prescription bottle. I couldn't see it to sign it. The next day when the owner finally sent the contract the correct way he put a lot of pressure on me to signed. The job was paying him over $7,400.00. I just decided to go with another company that I'm very pleased with located in La Mirada Ca called Blackstock Electric.

Damian visited us today for a power issue that he diagnosed as an Edison issue. I was so impressed that he came out in 100 degree heat and didn’t charge us a dime even though he made the service call. Use his business, you won’t regret it.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks out to get a quote on a small job I need done adding outlets, replacing one outlet, and fixing a light that sometimes works but mostly doesn't. It's a small job. I get that but my time is just as valuable as anyone else's. So yesterday was the day of the appointment at 1030 am. No show. I finally called and was told another person double booked that time slot that I had scheduled 2 weeks prior. Damien said he would come later that afternoon at 430. Fine. 4:10 yesterday I get a call saying he can't come due to an accident at another site. Rescheduled for 10 am today. Didn't show up or bother to call, or return my voicemail. Apparently they have a big job going on right now and my little job means I can just be blown off and treated rudely. Some Google guaranteed company. Damien was friendly enough but the follow through and acting professionally by showing up to appointments simply doesn't matter if the job isn't big enough. At least that's how I feel after this completely unacceptable interaction. It's hard enough to even get someone to answer a phone or return a call that it's even further disappointing when treated this way. Don't even bother unless you have a big job. You'll just get blown off like I did.

My handyman that I've had for over 20 years was out on vacation. After 2 other call I finally found power pro that was willing to cone out same day. Also I was actually able to speak to someone that was not in a call center in the Philippines. Other than all of this I am happy with the service

I called Power Pro Electric after another electrician left the job incomplete. Damian answered the phone on a Saturday night and was able to schedule me as soon as possible. He came to my house right on time, gave me an estimate and hired him on the spot. The job was completed in one day and to my complete satisfaction. We asked him to come back for another job and he did a great job. My husband and I are very happy with all the work and professionalism. I will definitely refer his services to anyone who needs electrical work!

I called Power Pros on Tuesday and they were quike to respond to my request and were out at the exact time the appointment was scheduled. They were friendly and polite in the way of they talked to me like I mattered. They listened to my concerns and problems and went directly to work on the problem at hand. They were informative in a way anyone could understand which is a good thing. Although my problem was small it was fixed in a timely manner.

Yes they were very professional and prompt but I feel like they grossly over charged, even after we talked them down 300 hundred dollars. They set the price even before they totally knew what the problem was, and I ended up paying 900 for 2 hours of work and a relatively simple fix. It doesn’t seem right to lock someone into a fixed price (especially if you can talk them down... makes the price seem completely arbitrary) before fully diagnosing the problem. I would have told them to leave if I hadn’t already had to pay 200 just to get them out to the house on the weekend. If you have cash to spare by all means use them as they are prompt, but make sure you stick up for yourself or you’ll pay even more than they may already be overcharging you. They were very nice and give you a guaranteed warranty, but I just wish they had a better pricing system.

I needed some recessed lighting installed in our living room. I had several electric companies give me estimates. I decided to go with the his company because my neighbor recommended them. My neighbor was right. Their prices were competitive. After having them install my lights I would have gladly paid more because he did everything as he said he would in his estime. Clean, on time, price quoted. Very professional.

After I purchased my home I wanted to make a few upgrades, recessed lighting, add a fan to the living room, update fans throughout the house but my priority was the electrical panel. I shopped around and collected a few estimates. I eventually chose this company because of the price and there professionalism. He was so helpful and answered my many questions. I could not have made a better choice. He did everything I needed even hung my tv and took care of the outdoor lighting that was poorly wired and I hadn’t notice during my home inspection. He was super clean in his work space and even in his appearance. My husband and I where please with his quality of work and price.

These guys were great. i thought it was going to be an al day event, and it could have , but luckily for the tech he was able to have another van not so many miles out and bring him the additional part he needed due to the voltage or something that i needed. If he had to go and get it from their shop it would have taken about and hour and a half longer. You guys save me time cause i had to make sure to pick up my daughter on time. And great work too.
