They said they will come by for a quote today around noon. They never showed up or called to cancel so I called them. They said they are too busy and was about to hang up, so I asked “too busy today tomorrow or anytime in the future?” And they said yes and hang up. Would have been nice to be know that before waiting for them to show up.

Two men from this company followed me today hurling sexual and misogynistic slurs. They were driving aggressively and made me fear for my life. Only after I threatened to call the authorities did they stop. Their language and threatening behavior shows that these men are not safe

Jim Neel recently did a yard makeover for my 86-year old mom. From across the country, I called several nurseries and asked for landscape designer recommendations. Neel Landscaping came highly regarded and Jim did not disappoint. It took about 2 months from my initial call to completion, but he kept every appointment, deadline, and estimate (he’s just got a full plate; no surprise!). He heard me when I pleaded for a low maintenance yard that would rid my mom of her backbreaking gardening and watering chores. She is a very tough customer and said they were “tremendously competent, creative, and clean.” When she had an issue with the irrigation system, they came the very next day to resolve it. I cannot tell you what a blessing it was to have a team with such high integrity and professionalism helping my mom. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The girls in office called set day and time crew was on site on time and organized. The cut a tree down and took all with them and left site clean.

Terrible company to do business with. They don’t honor the contract as mine stated there was a guarantee yet no one bothers to address the dead $1850 flowers. Have contacted Fernando numerous times about this issue for the past two years and always an excuse. We asked them instead of a refund to trim some trees and of course they said NO. Very unprofessional and dishonest business. BEWARE!

Scheduled them for a tree trimming. They showed up early, the foreman Tony was very nice, knowledgeable and made good recommendations for the work to be done. The entire crew was fast, efficient and they left everything very clean.

Made an appointment after describing our plant issues and sent them numerous pictures. Took the morning off from work and waited for someone to show up. When they were 30 minutes late I called and was told they would call me back to let me know when they were coming because they were stuck at a prior appointment. Four hours later, I called again. The receptionist Taylor said the owner would call me back. Five minutes later he FINALLY called me to tell me he couldn't come and that he needed to do some research on the issues involving cactus. Why didn't he tell me that before I made the appointment? Then he told me he would email me questions so he could do more research. When he finally emailed me three day later after I contacted them again, he said he couldn't do anything. VERY BAD SERVICE.

I want to share my appreciation for the job that California Arborists did for me.
Seven large palm trees were removed from behind a swimming pool.
My concerns were: the limited work area; plant lighting; sprinklers; decorative rocks; the neighbors solar panels; and all that can end up in the pool.
Long story short, everything went great! Best of all: 1- a crew arrived early...great! 2- The designated palms removed and clean up, all done within an hour. 3- Most impressive to me was that nothing got into the pool. NOTHING! the guy with the chain saw was able to angle himself so that all the saw dust went flying away from the pool.
A special Thank You to Juan and his crew. You guys worked safely, efficiently and I enjoyed your humor.

Without being a client I had a bad experience, this morning they were pruning my neighbor's tree and one of the workers crossed onto my property and started stealing my lemons, when I confronted him he got scared and just crossed again, I spoke to the person in charge and that's where the lies began, claiming that they had knocked on my door to ask permission, which is a lie not only because I am in my house watching everything and I also have 5 cameras recording all the time; I called the company and told them what happened, offering the recordings and they answered, we call you back, of course the manager's version was credible, saying that he had knocked on my door and no one answered, a lie, everything was recorded from the time they arrived until they left, but of course they didn't want me to send them the videos that would play against them, when I gave them "credit" ok in case I don't hear the door that doesn't mean they can break in and steal the lemons from my tree, again they trying to sell a story that only stupid people will buy, be careful when hiring their services if there is no one to monitor them, you never know what they can take from your house....
