I bought a Antique Sink with missing Faucet. Called Angel’s Plumbing for a Speedee installation. Highly Recommend prices are extremely reasonable!

Pulled up to my house they were parked on the street in front of my house as I was getting out of my vehicle. They throw out a beer bottle onto my lawn. They were drinking in their Van. Angel's Plumbing and Rooter. I would stay away from contactors likes this drinking on their lunch break.

So I needed a new bathroom faucet (I bought at Lowe's and had it ready). I cleaned out the area below. He took 2 1/2 hrs and charged $350.00! Said he needed the part below the sink (which is just a coiled line. Also, he needed to take out the bottom drawer, which has always been wonky, and broke it. Said he had to put it back together, but now it doesn't open or close. Be careful if you decide to use this plumber. Hoping to add pictures.

I think Angels plumbing is no longer in business. Used to be reliable, but they no longer answer phone, texts ir texts or pms.
Never finished a job at my house.

So very disappointed... Again!
Angel called after reading this review to apologize and make amends. I was grateful to the universe for this opportunity because coincidentally, we had discovered a leak earlier that day! Unfortunately, this story does not have a happy ending. Angel just went back to his old tricks, telling us that he would arrive in 15 minutes that turned into 30 minutes. We tried calling and the call was sent to VM. Then one of his people calls back a while later claiming not to know what street we were on.... all we asked of him was to be up front. We would have waiting as long as necessary but AGAIN, he chose to revert to his told tricks. Just be up front and say you're an hour out instead of spoon-feeding us a fake timeline. Fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice, shame on us!

Unreliable!
Angel Romero WAS my go-to plumber. The quality of his service is good. However, as the years went on, his service and reliability declined to a dramatic and unexpected halt.
Service: He’d tell you he’s on his way and hours later- nothing. I’d text or call and he’d say that he needed to do something first. He’ll do this until he shows up at your house after 11pm. I’d tell him that perhaps it’s too late and we should be considerate of the neighbors but he’d say “we do this all the time.”
The Last Straw: He referred a cabinet maker and he made a custom cabinet for me. The guys were terrible, full of excuses, took sooo much longer than promised and left us without a bathroom sink for over a month (I only have 1 bathroom and my husband is on dialysis and I had major surgery right when he took it out,) blamed things on me, tried to get more money out of me and then their plumbing work leaked as they drove away. So I called Angel who had referred them. At that point I was ok paying Angel (the professional) to fix this guy’s work (whom he referred.) I was relieved to hear that Angel was going to come right over. He told me that he had no other jobs, which surprised me because he’s always working.
Then hours went by. I called him. He told me that he stopped by the cabinet maker to talk to him. Hours later, still no show/no call.
He promised to be at my house between 11-12pm and I sent my last text to him at 9pm. Still no response.
When I called him (on the same number that I had always called,) his assistant Wes picked up and tried to tell me that I called the wrong number. I knew I didn’t.
I don’t know what happened to him. Why would he promise to come, make me think he was coming for hours, and then ghost me???
DON’T HIRE Angel! He says he’s a man of God but his actions prove otherwise. He has a history of blowing off the smaller jobs (like mine) for bigger jobs when they come up. His guys are loud and they yell and swear at each other at all hours of the night. He promised to be careful with my rose bushes but he wasn’t… but can I completely blame him? It was me after all who allowed him to perform the work in the dark when he showed up after 11pm!!!! Yes, that was probably on me. I can only assume that the cabinet maker told him some nonsense and Angel decided to back him up and leave me high and dry.
Yes, this incident is over a year old but I thought long and hard before creating this honest review…Which he fully earned.
