The technician arrive at my home within one hour of when I first called to repair my home air conditioning unit. In less than two hours the problem was fixed. Two thumbs up for great customer service, troubleshooting, communication.

I’m so grateful to Anthony he went above and beyond to find out why our heaters not working. We have been sick because of this heater not working we just bought this new home. Thank you Anthony for being thorough respectful and educated in your job. You even thought us something about our system. We can’t thank you enough what a kind smart young man. It’s great to know that their are still young men who take their career serous. Anthony skies the limit you will reach any goals you have with this amazing company and I’m sure they know what a outstanding worker you are. I would love to have a call back from Anthony’s boss. I highly reccomend Omni Heating and Air-they are awesome. The customer service rep was super friendly and helpful. We made the call on a Saturday at about 2:00 and she was able to get a technician to our house by 5:00. Robert was very professional and patient. He explained the problem gave us options and was able to get the unit working! Thank you guys for the great service!!!

I called when our air went out and Robert was out within an hour! Robert was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had our air up and running. So thankful because we have a 2 and 4 year old who could not be in a hot house. I highly recommend this company 😁

Noah helped us and he was extremely courteous and professional. My wife was pregnant and almost due to give birth when our air conditioning went out, so the owner, Richard, personally came out and helped fix our air conditioning before the baby was born. Now we have a new baby and our air conditioning is completely fixed. Don’t waste time with other companies because these guys are the best.

I called late on a Saturday, and Omni had someone there early Sunday. Quick service for a summer weekend in my experience. It wasn't a huge issue, but Richard had is sorted out and our AC blasting cool air in moments. Absolutely worth calling them.

*UPDATE* AC installation went great! No problems! Our AC is working good nice and cold! Ray and his partner did an awesome job installing the unit. I recommend this company 100%

The AC was not working on a rental property and I contacted American Home Shield who in turn contacted Omni Heating and Air. I received a call from Omni within 30-minutes to schedule the service call. They were flexible to come out on the day and time and worked for me.

On the day of the scheduled appointment I received a call with a more specific time for the appointment. Noah, the service tech, arrived before I did and he waited. He diagnosed the problem and had the AC working within 15-minutes.

Noah was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Omni Heating and Air, and if you can, request, Noah!

My a/c went out over a 3 day weekend, after a power outage, and if was 84F in my house all night! I found Omni online. They took a $99 fee right away to send someone out. They said he would be there between 2pm-4pm. The lady gave me a courtesy call to let me know that Richard, our technician, was on his way and would be there withing 45 minutes. He was there in about 30 minutes. It took him very little time to assess the damage. The part was a little pricey at $819 and the $99 fee for coming out was not applied, but they were the only a/c company that I could find who worked 24/7! I asked about a coupon and Richard told me that there was one online for $75 off. He made sure that it was applied to my bill. He was scheduled to be out between 2pm-4pm and he ended up being finished with the job by 1:30pm! Richard was very friendly, as were the office ladies. My air is working wonderfully! When my A/C went out during the hottest week of Summer, this company was the only company that I could get to come out on such short notice. The prices were reasonable and the people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and professional. When the technition, Robert, arrived he was extremely friendly and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had my air up and running within 30 minutes. He explained what the cause was in easy-to-understand terms and taught me a little bit about how my A/C works so I can be on the lookout for problems in the future. I highly recommend this company and Robert!

Here’s our story:
Our A/C unites, we have two of them stopped working a few days ago.
We called this AM and OMNI had an opening and we took it.
Richard, their technician came out and went to work right away. He took his time to explain everything before, during and after he did diagnostics.

We are small business owners as well. OMNI is fortunate to have someone like Richard on their team. He is a professional - courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. AND he took the time needed to let us, the home owners, understand what is happening with our A/C.

It was definitely a pleasant experience working with Omni heating and air. They had a person come out the day I called, to come fix my air conditioner unit. The contractor they sent out was extremely knowledgably and walked me through all the steps of the repair, so I knew exactly what was being done. I will be calling them back if my system ever needs service or a tune up.

Just had Anthony and Marcus come out to fix my upstairs a/c unit. These guys were so nice, clean, thoughtful and fixed my issue with ease. Great company and good communication with Stephanie. Would call again 💛 Thank you! (I had a different guy out a few weeks ago that had no idea what he was doing. He was a waste of time. Anthony knew the issue with in 5 minutes)

Great Service! Our Tec Anthony was very informative and very proficient as to why our A/C unit was acting up. And it was fixed in no time with a reasonable price. I highly recommend Omni Heating and Air. We will also be using their yearly service they provide for both our A/C unit and heater.

Had appointment from 5pm to 8pm but didn't show till almost 9pm. However Noah did a great job and got the AC back on line right away. He informed us that the motor was leaking and that wold need replacing eventually. We decided to fix that as well but he didn't have the motor in the truck. He came back next day and replaced it. Noah i's very knowledgeable and was great service. I would recommend Omni but they really need better communication regarding appt. time and be on time.

Came within an hour after calling to come service our A/C unit that wasn't blowing any cold air. Robert was our technician that quickly found the problem and was very professional. We are very pleased with Omni and would use them again in the future.

Robert was just at my house from Omni and he was very nice, professional and explained how the air conditioning system works. He changed out the battery for the system and bam we have air again. Also I want to say that I called yesterday and got an appointment the very next day! Way to go Omni!!! I will use them always going forward!

I had Richard come fix my A/C after I had scheduled appointment with AQS that fell thru OMNI HEAT AND AIR were able to come out and fix it really quick company has great customer service great pricing and will tell you what they’re doing in depth really knowledgeable staff

Excellent service! I was able to be seen the same day I called. The technician worked quickly and efficiently. He recommended an additional part for my air conditioner, explained the benefits, but wasn’t pushy and I didn’t feel like I was trying to be upsold. I would definitely use them again!

Due to the extreme heat my air conditioning stopped working and I called Omni heating and air conditioning. Thanks to their fast arrival and great work my air conditioning was fixed in no time. They have such good customer service and GREAT deals. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a company to get the job done fast and equipped.
