I’m so grateful to Anthony he went above and beyond to find out why our heaters not working. We have been sick because of this heater not working we just bought this new home. Thank you Anthony for being thorough respectful and educated in your job. You even thought us something about our system. We can’t thank you enough what a kind smart young man. It’s great to know that their are still young men who take their career serous. Anthony skies the limit you will reach any goals you have with this amazing company and I’m sure they know what a outstanding worker you are. I would love to have a call back from Anthony’s boss. I highly reccomend Omni Heating and Air-they are awesome. The customer service rep was super friendly and helpful. We made the call on a Saturday at about 2:00 and she was able to get a technician to our house by 5:00. Robert was very professional and patient. He explained the problem gave us options and was able to get the unit working! Thank you guys for the great service!!!
