Two technicians came out and spent over an hour running multiple diagnostics and making several adjustments. They discovered that the main issue was the gas pressure inlet from the city, which was set above the manufacturer’s recommended level. They reset the gas inlet, ran the unit for over 30 minutes, and confirmed everything was working perfectly.

The total fee for more than two hours of work was only $260.00, which I felt was very fair.

Craig and Tyler were extremely honest, professional, and kind. My grandson kept interrupting them, and they still took the time to be patient and polite with him. Many other companies would have given up and tried to sell me an expensive new furnace, but they didn’t—because they don’t rip people off.
