Very happy with the quality of the work. Before cleaning, the professional looked closely at the vent system. There was a lot of lint in the vent that had built up over the years. The ventilation got better immediately away after the cleaning. The dryer works much better now. It takes less time for clothes to dry now. The expert also gave useful ideas on how to keep things in good shape. I'm very happy.

I was afraid that cleaning the vents would make a mess, but this crew was very clean. A special holding system was used to make sure that no lint got into our laundry room while the process was going on. The air in the house feels better, and the dryer isn't as loud. Thanks for the skilled help!

Used them to get my dryer vent cleaned out. Price was very high at $399. However, the subcontractor they hired did not do a proper job. The vent was still clogged after service. Upon following up with Blue Line Dryer their solution was the send the same technician out that did a poor job the first time. The subcontractor that they were going to send out wanted further payment to fix the job he did not complete. I did not give them the opportunity to re-service my home, and I instead hired another company to do the job properly.
I would not recommend their services due to price and unwillingness to stand behind their work.
Edit: They did agree to a discount on the service, however no price is worth a job not completed.
