Constraction reviews in Windsor, California

Job well done, on time & on budget. Gutters nicely painted and and a couple of downspouts relocated for better drainage. Easy to work with!

Dave immediately responded to my inquiry and completed the work within a few days of my call. He and his staff were professional, cordial, and informative.

Installed and painted gutters on my historic Petaluma home. All was professional. End result was remarkably consistent with the history of the house. Highly recommended!

The NorCal crew is awesome. This is our 3rd year under their care. We live in the Redwoods and our roof and gutters fill to the brim with leaves and needles. When they are done, it is spotless. The crew is very friendly and polite. We could not be happier.

They are always on time and do the best job! We call them every year to clean our roof and make sure that the areas that we cannot deal with are taken care of. Thanks Nor Cal!

Nor-Cal has regularly been cleaning our steeply pitched roof for 8 years now, and it always looks great and feels safe—especially on red-flag fire days. Their workers are consistently prompt, polite and tidy,
the company is easy to deal with, and we consider Nor-Cal one of our best home care finds.

Nor-Cal replaced my worn out gutters to a superior product along with protecting them with screen covers. They work with the highest quality materials. Thank you, Lizbeth

We had a few structures that needed their roofs cleaned to meet insurance requirements. After contacting multiple businesses during the busy season, many with stellar reviews, Nor-Cal was the one who responded timely (or at all). They came by for an inspection, provided a realistic estimate, and maintained communication. They did a great job clearing our roofs with professionalism, courtesy, and quality. Give them a call first!

We have a complicated roof with many different levels and sections. Moss & staining was rampant especially on the north sides. We called Nor-Cal Maintenance and set-up an onsite meeting with David. He came out on time, and we had a good conversation regarding the work needing to get completed. David listened to my needs and concerns, was truly understanding and projected a confidence in his crew to make the roof new again. After receiving the proposal and agreeing to the cost, a start date was given. The 2 - man crew arrived on time of the date agreed to. Went to work and after the first day, it was obvious that all expectations were exceeded. The crew, Jose' and Marcelino finished the project at the end of the second day. They were professional, courteous and detail oriented. They did an incredible job cleaning the roof, applying the chemicals safely, cleaning the gutters, skylights and solar panels. Most importantly, was how they did an outstanding job of cleaning up around the house of their created debris...spotless!
Totally recommend Nor-Cal Maintenance for all your roof cleaning needs, especially now with all the harassment from the home insurance agencies.

Driving unsafely in work vehicles intentionally tried to run me off the road. Called office to report vehicle and was cussed out by said driver. Please be respectful to the town you are visiting if your working from out of town.

Highly recommend.

highly recommend great company for general construction and great team

I'm happy to give Flores Construction five stars because that's the kind of work they do. Additionally, they are reputable people to work with and do everything with integrity from the first call to the finished project. You can't go wrong with them whether it's a whole home project, addition or just a patio or deck or a fence.

Hector and his wonderful crew did an amazing job from first visit to clean up! Hector listened to what I wanted, his crew were hard working, efficient and went beyond my expectations. They were hired to demo my existing redwood deck and replace with new TREX decking. This was completed timely and the crew fixed my gate and shed door at no extra charge. They stayed within my budget and timeline and I could not be happier.

I choose Flores Construction because Hector was the only contractor who answered the phone and came to my place the same day to give a quote . He was very easy to work with and accommodating. His company did an excellent job on repairing my home that had water damage.I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs quality work done.

Hector was so fast to come to us with solutions for our window leaks that we decided to do our whole basement with him. Always available and always whiling to discuss, ideate, suggest and solve our contracting needs! 10/10 recommend

Hector was really responsive and got back to me right away. His crew did a great job and worked hard and efficiently. I highly recommend Flores Construction.

Hector and his amazing team have done two house remodels for me. I can’t recommend him highly enough. His quality of work is exceptional. His responsiveness immediate. His communication continuous. To this day, everyone admires the functional, gorgeous spaces that he created. He did the jobs for a fair price and the price he said. I’ve recommended him dozens of times. I would hire him tomorrow for another complete home renovation. And I continue to hire him for smaller projects and additional updates.

Always on time, clean excellent work and very reliable. I have used them for big and small jobs and always very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work

Coleman resolved my issue. Thank you. I apologize for not handling it better. Image inspection is very important and i recieved negative marks for sticker. However I do appreciate them fixing the problem.
