Plumbing for Fireplace Insert - Mike Moller of the Henry Mechanical team is a saint - with an overabundance of patience - and a meticulous work product. Mike Moller worked with me on getting the plumbing installed for a gas fireplace insert - I think he came out three times before the job started as I had questions upon questions - not just about plumbing - but about permits, where the pipes would go, how would they be attached, would it be safe, etc. etc. Mike went above and beyond - even going so far as to call the City Permit office to ensure the design schematic for where the pipes would go was allowable. My hero. This was a 100% worry-free job thanks to the team at Henry Mechanical and for Mike. Would highly recommend this company.

We recently had 3 different companies provide quotes for a heat pump system. Brooks from Henry Mechanical was the only one who offered a well informed, detailed, intelligent presentation of a system that suits our needs. No one else even offered the type of equipment that he did.
In addition, he took his time to explain all of the details and answer all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. I am so grateful that a friend referred us to Henry Mechanical.

I honestly can't sing their praises loud enough. They have replaced my Water Heater and my Furnace. The Peace of mind is wonderful ! They went above and beyond helping me. Even up righting a statue in the front of my home as they were leaving ! Answered All my questions and concerns. Nicest people. It speaks volumes of the Owner.

Lucas, was apart of the installation crew on my HVAC System in 2022. And, he's been doing my annual winter servicing since then. During the annual maintenance he recommended that enlarging my return air duct, would put less strain on my furnaces system. He also at the time installed an I Wave Residential Air Ionization System. When he started the system back up, it was much quieter.

Lucas is very professional, efficient, personable, and explains exactly everything that he has done. Always, asking if I have any further questions or concerns.

I wish him a long career in the trades. It is vey nice to see a young person pursuing.

I highly recommend Henry mechanical they are a full service air and heating company and everyone we've encountered is absolutely lovely and knowledgeable. We just had a great visit with Anthony Ports checked in on our furnace and change the filter and last year he checked in on our air conditioning unit and cleaned it out from all the leaf debris which was super helpful.

I had a wonderful experience with Brooks! He provided a thorough estimate and took the time to explain the HVAC installation process clearly. He’s kind, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about all things home. I trust his expertise and highly recommend him and his company!

100% fully recommend Henry Mechanical! They were completely professional, responsive, and polite through the entire process. Andrew was wonderful to work with on the initial inspection of our old and dying heating units. He was able to explain technical info in a way we could understand which helped us make an informed decision to replace both units. Tyler, Jake, and Ricardo were awesome on installation day. They arrived early, were almost not noticeable as they did their work and then took the time after instal to walk us through the new units and explain how to operate and care for them. I would never hesitate to call on Henry for any heating or cooling issues and I strongly recommend anyone reach out to Henry for maintenance and repair issues.

I've been a Henry customer for a long time, at my previous home and in my current one, as an HVAC maintenance subscriber. Great service there, but then ... who knew? Recently they installed a solar battery (Franklin) for me, and I can't say enough good things about the whole crew, from Ty who bid the job, to Daniella working her magic in the office, to Ryan and the whole install team. They were prompt, responsive, respectful, and just great to work with. It certainly took a village, and I'm happy with the results!

Great service call from Henry Mechanical! We have a Service Contract for our water heater and new heat pump. Josh serviced the water heater and Lucas serviced the heat pump which required some trouble shooting. Courteous, on-time and professional service all around. I would recommend Henry Mechanical highly.

Andrew Limon is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was straight forward and down to earth which we really appreciated. He took the time late on a week night to go through several options with us for getting a new furnace and explained it to us in a way that was easy to understand. Henry mechanical was able to get me an appointment and have someone come out the very next day. Which was great and they sent Justin and he was wonderful. He explained everything he was very knowledgeable. He was so friendly great customer skills. Very respectful of my home. I have used Henry Mechanical for years. They installed my orginial solar system in 2020. I had a panel go bad after a few years. One phone call and they scheduled service and took care of it under warrenty. Most recently they installed an updated combiner and two Enphase 10c battery's. I can't say enough good things about them. They are professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
