Constraction reviews in Winnetka, California

I reached out to Titanium Construction development since I had a leak on my roof they really put the time to come and explain about the process of replacing our old roof to Owens corning cool roof with 50 years manufacture warranty. They were very informative and we decided to do the project with them. Tal and , Sharona were there managing throughout all the process they had an amazing efficient crew and showed up always on time. Everything was on the schedule. It was upscale experience. They finished our roof, including pulling city permits in five days. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project. The leaking issue was resolved we highly recommend them To family and friends and we are looking forward to start our installation project and bathroom remodeling with them.

Nice people, good job, recommended.

Danny was great and provided great service.

By far the most professional and punctual contractor i have had the pleasure to use, very transparent and competitively priced.

DMI did a nice job on my living room and kitchen. The floors and the countertops match so well and look excellent.

Danny and his team were incredible on our whole home remodel. Danny completely remodeled our kitchen, bathrooms, walk-up bar, replaced our floors, you name it. Danny's team was on time every day and got the job done flawlessly. We highly recommend.

DMI Construction did a nice job remodeling my kitchen. Looks professionally done and quality is great!

DMI did some nice work for me. Very happy with the interior paint and floors. My house finally looks modernized and Im ecstatic with the results!

Very happy with DMI Construction. They are definitely the real deal and provided me with such great service, that I've already referred my neighbors!

DMI construction is hands down the most professional, punctual and affordable contractor I have had the pleasure of doing business with, I own a training facility and DMI not only built 2 structures for us on time they were under budget as well. Definitely recommend them.

I just finished my bathroom renovation with the DMI team. I love the close communication through the process. Danny, the contractor, checked the site almost everyday during the renovation and make sure everything was ok. I also like how he and his team responded some unexpected situations we had in the middle of the process with flexibilities. The works were done with minimal interruption to our daily living and the result was great. Thanks Danny and team!

DMI were great and easy to work with. They were very transparent and communicative and made sure we were happy through each phase of our big project. The house looks excellent, from floors to kitchen, to the beautiful showers. Very happy with these true professionals at DMI.

I just want to say thank you for DMI construction. They are a great company for the construction. They’re doing like my house full of remodeling. They did like a new drywall and also the new stucco outside smooth stucco on my property. I’m so happy that I find this contractor. Danny is amazing always available. Always answer to the phone And I’m so glad that I find him. Thank you so much Dani. You are amazing contractor in the area.

We wanted to open up the space between our kitchen and living room so we called DMI Construction to see what they could do. They came out looked at everything and gave us some good ideas without trying to push stuff we didn’t need. The work came out real clean and they finished on time which was a nice surprise.

We hired this construction company expecting professional results, but the workmanship was extremely disappointing.Several areas had uneven finishes and we had to request multiple corrections. On top of that, the project ran weeks behind schedule without clear communication.

I trusted DMI Construction to build me an addition and I’m very glad I did. The process was so easy as they handled all permits and plans, all the way to the finished build. Financing was also super easy and I’m definitely going to recommend them to friends and family!

The behavior of the construction crew was unprofessional and frustrating.Workers showed up late, left early and often treated the site carelessly.Loud arguments, poor coordination and disregard for safety were common. The site was left dirty at the end of most days, creating hazards and inconvenience. When concerns were raised with management, nothing changed.A construction company should manage its team better and respect the client’s property.

Had DMI Construction remodel our living room and part of the hallway and it came out way better than we expected. The crew was chill and actually listened to what we wanted instead of just doing their own thing. There was a few things we changed mid way and they handled it no problem which made the whole thing way less stressful.
